Ok fellas chest and back day in the books! Felt like crap the first half to the point I had to step outside for about 2 minutes because I thought I was going to puke again. Came back in and felt better but couldn't get in it 100% still was a great workout finished it with 10 minute cardio session high resistance on the bike 135-145bpm the whole time . Feeling great now ready for tomorrow pin, legs and arm day haha

What do you think contributed to that kind of workout today? Yesterday I had some fried food 2-3 hours before the gym and I noticed I didnt have as great a workout that I could have

Lmao just got out of workout class and the teacher was making us do upper body work so to make it look like I'm doing something without really doing anything I put 225 on the bar and started benching , had all the guys tryna bench lmfao

I warmed it today weird experience I boiled some water and put it in a bowl but the vials in (the water only went to about half way on the vial) and I had the drawing needle in to release the pressure but the oil started coming up it so I took it out of the water right away. Difference today was I was standing and made my leg shake a lot more so I know the pin will be bad tomorrow , hand wasn't shaking cuz I wasn't nervous but the leg was shaking from the way I was standing . But I'll report on it tomorrow !

Lol I was squatting with my strong woman friend other day. Skinny guy comes up to her and asks if she's using the pu$$y pad someone left on the floor by our rack. She just looks at him innocently and says,

"Oh no, go right ahead - I don't even know what that thing is for??"

He looked at me as I was trying to hide my smirk and mutters, "You put it on the bar" as he slunk away. DED.
