What do you think contributed to that kind of workout today? Yesterday I had some fried food 2-3 hours before the gym and I noticed I didnt have as great a workout that I could haveOk fellas chest and back day in the books! Felt like crap the first half to the point I had to step outside for about 2 minutes because I thought I was going to puke again. Came back in and felt better but couldn't get in it 100% still was a great workout finished it with 10 minute cardio session high resistance on the bike 135-145bpm the whole time . Feeling great now ready for tomorrow pin, legs and arm day haha
