Yeah I know just was in a rush to go on Sunday I'll actually boil water on the stove on Thursday and put the test in there after thanks for the heads up!

If it gets too hot, you can pull it in the syringe and let it cool in there to the temp you want. Sometimes I'll forget the vial and it'll be stupid hot.

How much test has 1ml of your solution, Alpha1agreda ? I guess the more test per ml, the more ouchi.

Isn't there some kind of chemical degradation with high temp? Never u used straight test before so dunno much about it.
 
If you manage to gain 40lbs in 12 weeks, you are gonna feel that. Every 20lbs I'd say really changes how I feel. The difference between 200 and 220 is substantial. The difference between 220 and 240 was even more so. I pushed my weight up to 245 last December and am just now back down to 227 and just as strong. I move and sleep and feel much better, and the volume of work I manage in training is higher now. If it's 20 lbs gained and you still look how you want or 30 you had to get fat to make, I'd take the 20.

You can be fat and still be very conditioned, but you need to be really diligent to keep your pace and frequency up if you wanna do it. It's easy for it to slide off otherwise as the weight goes up.

Yeah you're right I know the mirror is more important then the scale but i got all my ducks in a row you think 30 lbs heavier and still somewhat lean is possible? Mostly cuz I was 220 at this time last year (20-25% bf from dirty bulking which was great strongest I ever been) and after I cut down to 190 I've maintained around 200-205 this whole year so that's why I'd be somewhat disappointed if I only got back to where I've been all year by gaining 10-15, hoping to at very least get to 215 and still under 15%

Idk if it's placebo or not but I've been in a better mood and I love it I have more energy specially for a 5 am workout after a long day yesterday which in the middle f the night I kept waking up cuz my girl wasn't feeling to great. Hope this general "good" feeling lasts the whole cycle lol

I thought about 11kt for the cortisol but my buddy just ran it and didn't care for it too much, I think winny and epidrone might be route for the second half , I really thought about Eq for a while (cuz I got easy access to some) but I'll save that for a longer cycle and hopefully get 6 weeks of winny in , but main goal is to bulk so I'm conflicted haha

Winny can help you bulk bro, it's a great steroid. It also lowers shbg which is why you usually see it on the second half of a cycle

That's 2 dht derivatives (the reason they both lower shbg) and it might be too dry and fuk your joints up. I would skip the epi and just roll with the winny, will work a lot better for you imo.

You see I thought about that but I thought I could get away with it as long as I up my fish oil and joint supps . Specially since I'll be on the MK by then

Yes, considering you have already been that weight - once you have been a weight, it is always much easier for a person to get back to the bigger weight than if they had never been so heavy. Fat cells don't go away, just empty.

Paul Carter talks about how he spent a lot of time at 275-290 at 5'10" while powerlifting, and when he finally came down to about 220 to compete in bodybuilding his rebound out of the show was fierce. Being very deliberate NOT to just blow up or gain hard, he still has gone up to about 245 shredded over maybe 12 weeks.

I had talked to a couple people about this as well I had asked if 40/40/20/20 or 6 weeks woulda been better but they said with the clomid I should be good

There is a good thread on Clomid dosages and pros/cons to the higher dosages versus lower (sort of like pre-loading creatine then lowering the dose versus just a low dose for the same period)

Damn that's crazy I hope so , I was only at above 210 and up to 220 for about a month and some change from dirty bulking I looked like **** but it fuccing kicked ass lmao just stuffing my face with pizza desserts burgers pizza burgers desserts ice creams pizza desserts BURGERS lmao and like 3-4 mass gainers a day and it was the strongest I ever been and natural too lol if I didn't look like crap I'd do it year round haha

I got my buddy working on something good for the cut cycle ~spring 2017, as the research and planning is his specialty if it were up to me we'd probably be just taking everything at once lmao. I just get the supplies haha

Counting on it!!! My doc is talking about putting me on TRT since my last blood work was pretty low. Once I cross that (hormone) threshold the (natty) gloves are off. Plus, if I can get a prescription for the Test from him and start pinning myself it will save $$. So I am following your "adventure" very closely for many reasons. Sorry it took me so long to catch up on the thread :).

Ok fellas chest and back day in the books! Felt like crap the first half to the point I had to step outside for about 2 minutes because I thought I was going to puke again. Came back in and felt better but couldn't get in it 100% still was a great workout finished it with 10 minute cardio session high resistance on the bike 135-145bpm the whole time . Feeling great now ready for tomorrow pin, legs and arm day haha

Haha thanks guys it was a fun time eating everything just to see the scale move , not something I'd do often thou but possibly again at some point , it was necessary cuz I was so damn small when I started lol
