I tried it and yes not only no strength but no ability to stay awake. I mean you need SOME carbs just to process the fats. How long did you go for? I think i gave up too fast, only made it a week...haha.
Prob 6 days, twice. To quote Dave Tate, "Dude, you don't need a cheat meal - you've got like 6 weeks of glycogen stored up already!"
