Alpha-T2 vs Alphamine

This may be strange, but I have more of a jittery effect from one tab of Alpha T-2 than one scoop of Alphamine. And for some reason it seems to impact my sleep more despite taking it in the mornings. I've tested this on multiple occasions. I don't understand why, as both have similar profiles with the addition of Bacopa in Alpha T-2.

More Yohimbe in Alpha T-2 I believe.

For me Alpha T2 seems to give me a weird hyper feeling, almost "manic".

Alpha T2 + any caffeine source is horrendous for me, (jittery, very unclean energy + awful crash) when I try to cut with it it I'll probably have to start with like 1/8 of a scoop of alphamine and work up. :s

That's the beauty of using a powder. I started on 1/3 scoop of Alphamine and worked up to just over a scoop. However, alpha t-2 I still can't tolerate. I do wonder whether Bacopa plays a part.

Bacopa should boost mood and act as an anxiolytic (removing typical Y side effects). So needless to say I'm a little confused. Everyone is different I suppose. I get a major boost in mood from alpha-t2

I don't feel any anxiety. My resting heart rate increases noticeably and it remains elevated until the evening when I struggle to sleep.

2 T2 1 alphamine
2 Alphamine 1 T2 (i suggest this pre-workout due to stims)

Burning fats comes from your caloric deficit.

Thanks !!
I'll use like this:
Day 1
1 Alpha T2 + 2 Alphamine in the morning (before trainning)
2 Alpha T2 + 1 Alphamine

Day 2
2 Alpha T2 + 1 Alphamine in the morning (before trainning)
1 Alpha T2 + 2 Alphamine

and i'll changing all the days

- Sorry for the terrible english

Agree with Solution. Alphamine in a pre-training session at 2 scoops is the way to go.

This totally. I tried regular Y a few years back and felt completely sick from it, felt nothing on Alphaburn but am on day 3 of AT2 and am loving it. Totally synergistic with EC, crushes appetite, enhances mood and gets the thermo effect going. Wish I had tried it earlier!

That's what I was hoping for. Maybe it's the SA2 content, it being too high for me. I like Alphaburn because I never felt anything even though it was working.
