Alpha T2 ingredient tolerance.

Hi PES guys,

I'm gonna have a caffeine break for two weeks but was planning on using Alpha T2 to continue a cut.

My question is, what is the tolerance build-up to ingredients like higenamine and olive leaf, considering when I start using some of my other cutting products and PWO they contain these ingredients.

Is it worth just taking a two week break off everything all together?

Ultimately it may be best to take some time off both if you plan to run something with them for an extended period after the caffeine break (I personally like to take breaks with pretty much any ingredients).

What do you plan on using after the caffeine break (may help get a better answer)?

I've got some hybrilean and some more alphamine incoming.
 
Honestly, there is no tolerance with the ingredients that matters for fat loss. The fat loss will continue unaltered. However, you will get less and less appetite suppression and energy as time passes; hence, why we recommend cycling
