ALPHA CREW please STAND UP, please STAND UP...

Has anyone ever tried carb back loading? It's super legit. You don't lose strength at all. I was hitting PR's every workout before I got over trained.

It's a clean slate. We spoke via PM. Was going on for too long and it has affected the community that I pride myself on being a part of. There are no more issues or underlying beefs....

Couldn't have said it better. AM Is my home.. I've learned more in the past year about lifting, diet, training and supps. than I have the past 16 years on my own! I've broken more PR this past year as well and I have all of my bro's on AM to thank!!! Nothing but love from this Alpha bro!!
