Diet and dedication! I'm going to be bulking real soon though! Can't wait to pack on a good 10-15 lbs of muscle in this next year! If I'm at 180 dry next summer I will be happy, but If I get above that I won't be complaining at all!

I know the feeling. I got a 24 hour weekend shift after a week in the field. I caught the dick this week.

Still at work... I have my 30 lb dumbbells here.. I did about 50 sets of curls I think.. can't remember... Hour half more then I go home to my princess and wifey.. hope you all are doing great
