Well this is my 1000 post, so i wanted to make it a good one!! Over six months ago, i started working for my senior year of football and about 3 months after that i found myself here. Thats when my training started to increase like crazy. Everytime i had a question, someone helped me. Everytime i hit a pr, someone pushed me to go harder!! The advice, i will always appreciate it! I gained over 100lbs on each of my main lift and 25lbs on my body. Some of that is because of you guys. Thank you everybody that came to my log and threads. Thank you alphas for the support. Thank you avengers for the same thing. This is one hell of a community and I am damn proud to be part of it!

There are so many! Mostly I'm trying to build.up.to a solid 175 in the next 12-16 weeks as far as weight goes. This is the heaviest I've ever been and I love that I finally figured out my personal recipe for weight gain.
I've always wanted to bust 225 on BP, 365 on DL, and 315 on squat. Recently over found my OH Press to be lacking and really want to push atleast my goal bw. I got past my squat barrier after years, I'm 10 short on my BP goal. (Have never cracked 200 before now) and I'm a good ways from the other 2.
I find that I always need to be faster! My fastest forty in HS was a 4.6 flat. We don't time them anymore but I'm nowhere near that, I also am requiring to lower my 2 mile time. My fastest is 13:30 but I've had joint problems for months and I know I am nowhere near that now! (Don't expect this to help but its still a goal so I felt it needed to be put out!)
And lastly I would prefer you give this to someone else before me. I love all of these products (except c20 as I have not used yet) but feel that usplabs has been more than generous in the first promo I was a part of and I am not sure I can accept anything else in good conscience when there are so many others that deserve it more than I!

Im doing this just for fun, i dont want to win the supplements bro..
I am training for my education, my future and my well being for the rest of my life.. The difference from me going to the number 3 biochemistry school and not, is 1000yds. I cant gain those, i cant litertaly run for my life ( the life i want) without earning it in the gym first. Those Goals i orginally set with my bench, squat, deadlift were filled months ago. That was fruitless though, i kept setting new ones for myself... As soon as i lifted that weight, I wanted more.. 1 more rep, a 2.5 on each side.. it didnt matter, i needed it. I was in the gym for hours on end, friday nights when my friends were partying .. not to get ms. hottie to notice me but to provide for myself thr opportunity to become the man I need myself to be
400 lb dead lift at 165 lbs. At 42 it's my fight with myself. I have worked on correct form and slowly I have been making gains towards that goal. The weight is the enemy . I was told I was nuts to even start doing dead lifts let alone attempt 400Lbs.
I'm going to give this a shot. August 1st will be one of the happiest days for me again its the first day I'll be allowed back in the gym to lift. Currently coming off hernia surgery and feel so freakin sluggish. Want to get back in the gym, so bad drives me nuts. Hoping to build my way back up to where i was before my injuries piled up. I was close to my 300 pound bench and close to finally being able to dumbbell bench the 120's. High protein diet and lots of motivation hopefully drive me the way back to my goals.
