Being Alpha in our lives isn't only measured in our accomplishments and things we achieve. I believe that it lies in our failures and hardships even more! The things we go through shape the very individuals we become and are becoming, but even more important as hulk pointed out, its how we handle our shortcomings!

We have choices in every situation that comes our way, not only is our character built from how we respond to tragedy but it also affects the course of our lives. Everyone has been through shít plain and simple but its the people like hulk who keep on fighting with something positive like hitting the gym; that find meaning in the pain. He could be like all the other weak willed people out there and use it as an excuse to get drunk or do something destructive but instead he chooses to use it as fuel for something that will help him along his way!

ANYONE can be happy and motivated on a good day! That shít is cake! Its the people that dig deep, stand up, look trouble straight in the eye and YELL FÜCK YOU! The real challenge some people get lost in is the "why" don't fugging worry about the why's! It happened because it ****ing did, so there I answered it for you - BECAUSE! That's why!

Everything we go through was and is supposed to happen! The people that we meet and have in our lives may or may not be there tomo... But they are supposed to be there right now. Learn from them and from your experiences that way you know what to avoid next time or what to look for.

We Gotta get back up brothers! If its a bad one you may stay down for a little longer to heal BUT you gotta get back up! Its inside of everyone - courage and a fighting spirit!!! You just have to find the strength to see it and use it! Progress in life just like in the gym. Be a better man for yourself, your children, family and to others who can use you as a role model! Not a lot of truly strong men out there these days let's bring that shít back!

Stomach says Valdez I descend from the Spanish conquistadors that originally settled in new Mexico so i'm very proud of my blood line. I even have royalty in my lines lol.

I have my little brothers name on my arm, he passed away.

My chest is Latin says fidelis, patronus, fortis... True, dedicated loyal; protector, guardian; strong, steadfast.

when the main character finds out the world will end, if he doesnt... he wakes up with 28days 8hrs 42min 46secs written on his arm( numbers are off but you get the point) I like it becauses it symbolizes the burden of knowledge and the realization the world isnt perfect and you cant live without consequences

Yep but I'm also a practicing Mormon. To be honest I was never a big fan of tattoos before I joined the church either. I also have never smoked dipped or drank and I do not plan too

2 scoops of Jack3d before my work out, AP & C20 w/pre work out meal = a solid work out.

So giving Purus a bit of a break this month and trying out AP, using Jack3d again & C20. So far so good, hope it stays that way.
