Which one would be better (more cost effective) test base to stack with methylated compound like Havoc?

4ad no doubt is cheaper. ************* has it for 34 bucks as opposed to 44 for alpha bulk. Same active ingredient, just different carrier.

And which carrier is better? I don't care how much 1 bottle costs, I care how much an effective amount costs.
