Single arm Db lateral raise

Cable rope Front raise

Close grip incline/bar curls

Inclined Db curl/ skull crushers

Cable push down/ rope cable curls

10-15 minutes cardio around 140-150bpm

If you keep calories at a moderate overage for the first few weeks you could probably burn off a decent amount of fat as you put on muscle, and then get a little more aggressive with the bulk as your definition increases.Haha thanks man!
