Shoulder and arm day today gents, some great stuff and planned out program I'll be using in next cycle so here's a preview of that!
Shoulder press
4 sets 6-8 drop on last
Hammer strength shoulder press
4 sets 6-8 drop set last set (add weight each set)
Single arm Db lateral raise
4 sets 8-10 reps
Cable rope Front raise
4 sets 10-12
Shrugs
5x5
Close grip incline/bar curls
3 sets 15/15
Inclined Db curl/ skull crushers
3 sets 15/15
Cable push down/ rope cable curls
3 sets 15/15
10-15 minutes cardio around 140-150bpm
Chipotle after (adjusted macros for this)
And then ran around all day doing moving stuff lol good day

Haha thanks man I couldn't resist I've been perfect for almost 3 weeks in pretty sure so had to do it, still same total macros for the day so I consider it a win!

Just gunna leave you guys with this early morning nude Invalid Link Removed finally starting to notice the 1 andros dry effect weighing 191 so weight never went up but I'll take it

300 got me hooked on lifting. I was a fat ass when it came out.

I think you look awesome, alot more definition than I think you're seeing yourself, but then again, we are our own biggest critics.

Stay the course long enough to get bulking lean and then control the gain.

Can you do half a serving of hydroxyelite? If so start there and see how you feel. Staying safe is the name of the supplement game.

You can since its caps but it tastes horrible. Use it as a test dose for BP. You won't get much but use it as a baseline for your body.

If you keep calories at a moderate overage for the first few weeks you could probably burn off a decent amount of fat as you put on muscle, and then get a little more aggressive with the bulk as your definition increases.

That's the plan , get back to maintenance and then stay no higher then 300 above for the first 3 weeks and then once that 4th week hits start climbing till I end up about 5000 calories by the end of week 7
