Pretty upset with this mornings performance. Was going to rest but then my buddy said meet him at the gym and then he didn't go . Ended up hitting chest again and it was too soon shoulda rested but it's all good , tomorrow I'm going to rest or hit back we shall see lol

side lat raises- broader shoulder- you have a good back already
shrugs- trap striations- behind the back, lower wgt with hold reps at point of contraction
if you can work on those, that will round you out perfectly

Its just tough sometimes I'm sure we all know what it's like, working so hard, busting ass , going out of the way and going it every single day cuz we love it but getting back so little sometimes I just put myself down and kick myself while I'm down there I just wish there was a clear cut answer on what to do to look the way you want
