Woke up 192 after emptying the tank I think it's kinda odd but definitely not complaining as a matter of fact I'm going to drop the calories due to this recomp effect in getting because while I'm weighing less I'm looking and feeling bigger and stronger today's workout was a free day and went in for some fun lol

FireTitan I bought this exact kit, got 5 days in and just couldn't run the rest of it. The sides were to much for me to handle.... I switched up to an x-gels anabeta elite stack and I am loving it!
I still have the bulk kit sitting in the back of my closet. Maybe in a few months I'll give it another try.
Within the first 2 days I started noticing really deep red acne on my body and face, i figured no big deal ill just buy some facewash and ill be good. But by the 5th day I felt like I had the flu. I was so lethargic I felt like dying. I tried yohimbe and caffeine and all sorts of things to perk me up at work but it didn't work. My hair kept combing out in the sink. I decided it wasn't for me.
