Sounds good bro , only thing is super Mandro is 1-andro , not the best base as it can cause you to get very lethargic, you can use something like dermacrine as a better base to keep mood up or even BPS new epi drone since it's a DHT base it'll keep mood and libido up and definitely help dry out and add strength

Alright guys chest day today ! Decided I'm gunna be dropping the weights a little and gunna stick to slower movements with "better" reps , not go to failure every set pretty much to let my body heal while still going hard, going to be working like this for maybe a week or two while I put together a new program
the workout:
Bench 135x8 warmup
225x5 225x5 245x5 275x4 235x5
Incline
175x8 175x10 175x10
Inclined Db
80x8 90x8 90x12
Cable flies superset pushups
4 sets 50x10/10
Pec dec
4 sets 150x10
some tricep and ab work to finish. Will probably weigh myself Sunday , trying to stay away from the scale lol

Dont switch if youre still showing improvement! Wait till it seems like youre wasting time and then confuse the h3ll out of the muscles

Workouts where fun but I don't ever see improvement anymore haha , looking for something that might yield results quicker with the Bulk Kit
 
I did a bad thing... Lol I had a belvita banana bread bar because it looked delicious... And it was more delicious then it looked. I'm pissed off cuz I hadn't ate anything out of the diet this week but I'll just have to take it out of the rice from next meal . Can't say it wasn't really good thou lol

Lol what sucks is it only happens when I'm not crazy busy , been slammed all week at work takings 30 minute lunches and just 5-15 minutes to eat another meal between work and school and I've been good , since t was slow today I had an hour lunch and of course I fucc up lol . Nothing to crazy thou but I like being as strict as possible
 
Man i hear ya. People make fun of me at work cuz they always see me eating and im always eating the same thing. They dont understand it and when i try to explain it tjey look at me like im crazy !

Well i agree. I cook a whole bag of jasmine brown rice at once put it in a big ziplock and scoop out of it all day with a half cup measuring cup

U know what they say. Idle hands are the devils plaything. Unfortunately/fortunately I have nothing but time so I've had to really learn to stay busy as to not f up nutrition. Not sure it'll work for u but cpl things that helps me out whenever impulses try to take over. 1. I close my eyes and visualize the potential damage that my misstep could cause then deeply breathe for about thirty seconds or so. 2. I start writing down everything I've eaten for the day again and then estimate what I'll b eating rest of the day and usually that'll kick my analytic brain into high gear and rational senses will take over.

Final thing I like doing when it's super slow. I just play around with various workout routines and save them for possible future use. Awesome log so for. I'll b doing the lg kit with equibolin and going to log it too. Hopefully they'll arrive by weeks end so I can start fresh next week

Good stuff man thanks for the tips! It's nothing I'm really worried about cuz it's still no sugar or anything and on a bulk carbs are carbs haha. Let me know when you start that log man I'll follow along for sure !

Alpha. If u feel up to it next back day give my warm up a test drive. Bat wings 4x5, then straight arm pulldowns 1 3 min cluster set. I typically do 30 lbs and get about 90-100 reps in 3 minutes. You're lays and rhomboids will be swollen like synthrol lol and primed for those dreads and rows for sure

I have been thinking of moving deads to my back day (do them on leg day now, but also do sumo style, which aligns more with legs, but that can change too). Squats are already a big muscle movement for leg day, so moving deads to back day makes sense from that front too.

Are your BB rows the standard BB Bent Over rows? or some variation? Do you use an over or under hand grip?

Usually I follow a program and just do whatever variation but as I'm looking for a new on and today was my day off work me and my training partner went in and kinda just beasted out lol was a fun day. Today's bb rows where pretty much power rows completely bent over and going all the way down to the ground each rep overhand grip and pretty wide. But usually just do whatever the program calls for. I've been thinking about switching deads to back day for a while as well for the same reason , I use to do them both days for a while so I. Could have a good deadlift session each week on back day and then ether sumos or rdl on leg day until my back started hurting too bad and o went like 2 months without deadlifting. felt much better today being able to do them on the beginning so I'll probably try and keep it like that, definitely less "pain" then usual
