So it has been almost 6 months since I last commented on here. I know a lot of people know I am on deployment STILL...For some reason this site was blocked out until now for us. I am happy to say I have been working out hard the last 6 months on deployment and am looking forward to getting home for the holidays. I will post up some before and after pictures. I will have my before pictures from the NTBM contest from last april and how I look now...I just am ready to get back home right now....The workout equipment on board here isnt to great, just basic stuff. I still managed to add over 10 pounds this deployment. I have gotten a lot of guys from my ship to take NTBM/MRSUPPS products. I can proudly say, I started that revolution on my ship. Anyways, I just wanted to check in, hope everyone is well...Rick looks ripped as hell now, keep it up man.
 
Glad to see you will be heading stateside soon bro. Sounds like you've been working hard while over there, so I'm anxious to see them progress pics ;)
