Just by looking at the name I can almost guarantee its not dbol. Unless you have access to underground resources, you're going to be looking at pharmaceutical steroids and none of the orals come in liquid form, and definitely none of the 17aa orals provided by a pharmaceutical companay would be advertised as "sublingual" or given the name D-BLADE.
