Alexander's strength training log

Thanks Kabuki. Maybe I can use this time to get my bench up as it has been stuck for awhile. Could you recommend a bench only program? Never had 7 days a week for just bench before.

Yeah, I've been doing a little here and there for the last 2 weeks. It's kind of hard for me to get motivated to do anything right now. I'm gonna be like a 5 year old when I get this cast off. Hopefully I'll get it off in 2 weeks and be able to do some full body lifting 2 weeks after that. My left leg is so sad looking.

Cool sounds like you'll be studio lifting in no time.

Weds-max upper

Incline Bench-315x3, 225x13

skullcrushers-95x17

front raises-45x16,12

That was it. I've done a little bit of working out during this injury, but this was the first time I pushed myself a bit. Strength was not too bad, but strength endurance is shot. I'll be working out upper regularly now and should start to hit lower lightly once the cast comes off next week. Weighed in at 210 today, but 10 of that is probably directly off the broken leg, so I've probably only lost about 12-13 on the rest of the body. I hope to be back up to 230-235 by May.

Welcome back, Phantom Boy. I might have to do incline tomorrow to try to beat that. The weight has come back really slowly for me. :rasp:
