Yeah, it may have been more like 45s for me too. The Tank level cardio.
I listened to Nog's entrance music prior to my workout tonight to pump up. :head: How obsessed are we with this sport?
No Rodja, a "she" hasn't said anything to cobweb-boy Alex in a long time.
haha, nice, but no cage-a-doping the question:rasp:

Now Alex will be a major a-hole all the time....... Better get the Wandy clip ready for failed attempts.
Yeah..........Jas is a d*ck!Hmmm...I am gonna have to go with Jas on this one based upon his clashes with Norris. Doesn't mean you can't take the title back, though, Alex.
It'd be nice if I could just have the Wandy clip in my sig.Now Alex will be a major a-hole all the time....... Better get the Wandy clip ready for failed attempts.
Yeah, I guess this is turning a bit banana-ish. Friggin geranamine won't wear off, chatty kathy over here.damn you boys need seperate thread for the BSing and Man love:stick:
Squad up! :run: The man love is about to end for me as I rented "Death Sentence", probably another terrible movie, but the movie store dude said it was dopamine.
deadlift standing on 3" block with monstamini band(50# bottom, no tension from high shin up)-635#
no need to be a "big wet flapping douchebag" about it:twisted:lol..
Nice work, Alex. You'll be back in no time.
Nice vid! Another thing that sucks is that a broken ankle might slow the usual flow of pvssy that you get. That's why I'm king A-hole, kick a man while he's down. Seriously, let us know how it turns out with the doc.
Yeah dude, when that semi crushed us my friend immediately hopped out of the truck and began walking in circles screaming "He's dead! he's dead!", and when I was in the ambulance I was naming random body parts that I knew to tell the EMT I was fine, and went on a speech about how I hate ER.
That's hilarious. So you were like femur, check, fibula, check, liver, check. EMT must've got a kick out of it, unless they thought you might die. Do you still feel any pain resulting from that wreck?
Literally man, that's exactly what I was doing. I was like "I don't think any of the major bones of my upper extremities are damaged, though I feel I may have torn my Quadratus Lumborum (I was right..lol). I also have some tingling in my right leg, though I think that's from inactivity and not any damage to the Sciatic Nerve".
I was being a goon. I was so messed up, I was probably in shock and trying not to seem like I was hurt. It wasn't until about 4 hours after that I began to feel massive pain.
Yeah, at times I do. It's mostly mental, though. My concussion was so severe that it has fubar'd my short-term memory a little bit. I have problem in remembering sequential things. So class times, times to call my girl, phone numbers, things like that get lost in the shuffle. I was out for about 15 minutes though, so that's to be expected I suppose.
I hope the kidneys don't give you any trouble. I've had multiple friends have trouble with their kidneys, one chick had to have one removed, now 15 years later she has a friggin tumor behind her eye, just not fair, salt of the earth of course as well. My cat, who is 15, now has a cyst on her kidney, and I'm worried sick. I'm an animal person, she's like my baby:whiner:, but seriously, I'm very concerned.Because I was being such a douche, they must have figured I was fine. Though I turned out to have a lot more injuries than I thought. The kidneys was/is the only thing I still worry about.

this week got a little messed up. missed dyn bench on sunday, ended up doing a few sets of push-ups to failure on monday. did max lower today instead of tuesday.
max lower
deadlift standing on 3" block with monstamini band(50# bottom, no tension from high shin up)-635#
pause squats w/ manta gay-225#-25,20
rev hypers-60#-2 sets 12
roman chair sit-ups
pretty good workout. that deadlift set-up should be close to my raw max, and help me to explode out of the hole. floor presses manana.
manta-gay??? a guy at my gym uses one for spine loading?? he'll put a jillion plates on a bar, lift it off the pins, and pause for ten seconds. the problem is, i never see him squat.
good sh!t.
Sad stuff and bad stuff.
It would make me feel a lot better, if you had a clip of it. I'm sure it was a real electric performance based on your workout energy level.Fvck dude. I joke around a lot, but this ain't funny. Sorry for the double dose of bad news. If it makes you feel any better, I karaoked to "Eye of the Tiger" tonight. (insert Wandy clip) :drunk:
