Alchemist's Spring Contest Cycle Log

It interacts with estrogen receptors, and supposdly converts to some fvcked up form of stronger estrogen. It's not clear why tho...
Ok gotcha. I usually manage e2 pretty well and don't bloat unless I eat like shiet. So let's see how this goes

Sooo, time for an update. Sorry for the lack of the posts lately. I hope I’ll have more time to post an updates and information since I have only one month to the contest. Weight is at 202 lbs, while getting leaner. I like how combination od Anadrol and Tren give you that leaning effect while keeping you strong and full. I’ll take Anadrol for 2 more days and than I’ll switch to Anavar. Also, if you guys want, I can write down my workouts for some body parts. Here are few pics, I’ll make more tomorrow after my chest/triceps workout.

Your quads are definitely thicker bro, and still have that good separation too. And really have great separation in your upper back. I bet if you did that same double bicep pose, without leaning quite so far back, you could see that set of Christmas tree muscles (Erector Spinae) really well….judges love that look in the lower back connecting to your lats and upper back. Man this cycle is shining.👍

Thanks man! It really means a lot to have this much support from you guys here and also from the guys in my gym. Every day when I walk in, they ask me how many days I’m out, have I started doing cardio to shed some fat, how I’m feeling or they just tell me really positive things and compliments. Stuff like that really give you the motivation to bring out the best of you.
 
Well, another update, with more details. Today was the last day of Anadrol, this stuff gets the job done. From tomorrow I’ll start with Anavar depot tabs at 60 mg per day. I’ll also probably run Halotestin for 2 or 3 weeks max at the time of the competition. I also started with 40 mcg of Clenbuterol pre workout yesterday. The pumps last few days were insane, as you can see on pics, biceps pump after todays back workout was crazy so no details to see. Lol

It all seems to come in its place, for now. And when I tried few poses with few guys around me making some adjustments, it seems like a good job for April. Why not man, if you can tolerate it, I’d go for it all day lol

My damn chest just doesn't seem to grow...my shoulders appear to be overpowering everything. I've tried different rep ranges, etc...

I'm open for some suggestions here. I have a terrible time tying to get mind muscle connection with my chest. I'm definitely on enough gear where u should be seeing some growth lol

Keep you shoulders back and your chest high, do all kinds of Fly variations, also like he said, DB Hex press is really good.

Yes all of these.

Slight incline DB Flyes, with a serious focus on slow tempo and brutal squeeze, or just use cables and be mindful never to press the weight. Widegrip incline, or cambered/buffalo bar flat benchpress are the best heavy loaded movements for it, but you have to be careful.

You got some good recommendations already but I just want to add that if you want to grow you also have to eat more, not necessary a lot more but you need to eat more than you already do, especially after those sessions you hit chest.

One thing I’ve done before was pre-exhaustion. Find some kind of fly movement that you can actually feel in your pecs and use that before doing presses. That can help get the muscles worked without the others overpowering and can also help you get the feel down so you’re able to work the chest better with the presses.
 
Time for an another update. Feeling really good and the moment and motivated. I see new details every day and that really keeps me focused and motivated to push hard and keep intensity high. Even tho I started with cutting, losing bf and water, I feel I’m strong AF, I think thats due to Anavar. The fullness in my quads, shoulders, arms is insane and yes very aesthetically appealing. Vascularity is getting crazier day by day. Pics are after todays back workout.

Injectable or oral Winstrol? Just curious.

Have you been practicing your posing with anyone? I know you have said before you were getting some kind of help. Looking at these photos, I know they are quick gym shots, but a couple thoughts:

-Rotate your upper body a little more on the side chest, so the judges can see more width. It will make the pecs look bigger as well as the entire upper body relative to your waist.
-On the front lat spread, try angling your feet out slightly more, like in more of a V, and see if it makes your quad sweep and/or calves look a little bigger from the front. You might need to unlock your knees a bit more to get the effect, but just play with it in front of the mirror.

Definitely looking more like a bodybuilder, no doubt. Keep doing what you’re doing

I have scheduled posing classes with two great guys for this weekend. They are brothers, one is national men’s physique champ and one is I think even European Classic physique champ. So they’ll set me up for the show and make complete posing routine for me. Thank you for your advices big man, I can’t be more happy and lucky to have guys like you supporting me and giving me advices and also critiques
 
Your vascularity is definitely showing up with nice muscle separation. Good choice of compounds to finish your cycle with before your contest. Looks like your going to peak at the right time.

Great to hear: you can be the biggest, most shredded guy on stage, but if you can’t pose in a way that lets the judges actually see it you can lose out.

I was scared at one point that my conditioning won’t be the best, but as the days go by, it seems like it’s all going just fine.

I am not saying injectable is any better; I was just curious. I’ve heard it’s more likely than other injectables to cause infections for reasons I don’t know.

Probably because it is water based solution, like Test suspension, right? I mean it’s my logic… since there is no BA in it

How’s going boys? It’s an update time! Competition is rescheduled for 17. which is awesome, I have extra week to perfect my craft. Currently taking
350 mg Test P, 350mg Tren A, 525 mg Mast P, 50 mg Winstrol, 40-80 mcg Clen. On Sunday I was at posing classes, 2.5 hours. Maaan, what an experience and also pain. Lol

Man, I mean the way I looked when we started and and when we finished, it was night and day difference. I felt so dumb and crude next to him, he does it with such enjoyment and flow, it’s crazy. Also, during practice, he took off his shirt and was also in shorts like myself, next to him, I looked like I joined gym last month (A bit depressing to be honest 😅), but now, my confidence is at higher level for sure
 
Had to be really short on todays chest/triceps workout, but it felt good to make small deload day today… Pump was amazing to be honest. From tomorrow I’ll add 75 mg of Provriron, can’t wait to shred down even more and to be more dry.

15 days out. Currently at around 200 lbs. I increased Winstrol dosage to 70 mg and also incorporated 75 mg od Proviron. Maaan, when you add Tren, Masteron and Proviron in equation, that A LOT of DHT in a body 😅 It will certainly test my patience out of the gym with people. But overall I feel really good and motivated still, and strength is up there, didn’t expect that at all. Today will be leg day, cardio and abs. Decided to separate shoulders from legs, and will do them tomorrow with arm supersets.

I figured that I also need to work the abs, not only to do vakuums. So I did, just few sets here and there after workouts and it really paid of as it seems. Thanks man, hope I’ll manage to pull it just right
 
You can really see some serious hardening happening at this point. Delts & arm looking really dense/solid in that pic.
