Albuterol and extreme lethargy

Yeesh, I'm at the point where I'm about to give up on albuterol after only one day... I decided to keep the dosage low for the first day, just 8mg over 2 doses. I slept a total of 16 hours yesterday... When the first dose was wearing off, I crashed for a two hour nap, and then when the second dose wore off at 9PM, I slept for 14 hours that night. With not much info to show alb has a large increase in RMR like clen has, frankly I'm not sure alb is worth it.

Yea clen is some serious ish in terms of RMR and increase in HR. I havnt tried alb. but i do know that im not that tired on clen and im not sure why this is having that effect on you but like rage said. No biggie, drop it and move on.

Hmmmm... I think I figured it out. I've been taking caffeine supps for a whlie (EC, Venom). I did not realize that for the first time, I actually went off of caffeine when I started taking alb -- that probably caused the crash. I'll keep trying alb and slowly ween off of caffeine and see if that has an effect.

Aawww yes that could def be it. I usualy get bad headaches if ive been on caffeine for a while and then get off of it so it could effect you in the way of causing the crash.
