I´ve heard that it´s good to take ala BEFORE your morning cardio. I´ve been taking it with breakfast after the cardio.... The question is if I take it before cardio is it necessary to take it with breakfast too??
One thing i don´t get is that ALA is supposed to prevent excess carbs from being stored as fat....
So I can´t really see how taking it before cardio on an empty stomach would be beneficial????
Am I wrong?
Where are your excess carbs after sleeping (presumably 8 hours) and not eating breakfast?
You might pass out from hypoglycemia (sp?) from a combination of the morning cardio and the ALA. Heck, someone who is prone to hypoglycemia then does morning cardio without eating they might pass out without the ALA.
