ALA before morning cardio?

I´ve heard that it´s good to take ala BEFORE your morning cardio. I´ve been taking it with breakfast after the cardio.... The question is if I take it before cardio is it necessary to take it with breakfast too??

The ONLY time I consume ALA/R+ is when I am eating carbohydrate meals, where 300mg ALA (100mg R+) = 30-40g CHO

woah watch out on ala before morning , you might pass out.

Why is that?

One thing i don´t get is that ALA is supposed to prevent excess carbs from being stored as fat....
So I can´t really see how taking it before cardio on an empty stomach would be beneficial????
Am I wrong?

Where are your excess carbs after sleeping (presumably 8 hours) and not eating breakfast?

You might pass out from hypoglycemia (sp?) from a combination of the morning cardio and the ALA. Heck, someone who is prone to hypoglycemia then does morning cardio without eating they might pass out without the ALA.

My point exactly, taking ALA before cardio would seem like a waste of money in my opinion.
