I've never tried the 250/old version, so I couldn't compare, but the Max delivers solid workouts I agree.
No jitters or crash either.
As for Pumpbol, you might already know that but is important to keep in mind a couple of things
that could dump its effects: first dose it 45 minutes at least before wo (nitrates have to be digested), second not to brush your teeth,
mouthwash/toothpaste stops the bacteria in your mouth again necessary for it to work, and when you take it you need to hold it
in your mouth and squish it around, the more the better.
Yeah I was pretty sad about Ultima as well, I have an open tub, I wonder if taking it prebed will do any good to me,
it has a lot of good ingredients in it..

Man bro. Craze is some good stuff but it wires me up for the whole day. Gives me insomnia!! Most focused ive ever been though. If not for the insomnia I'd be running it full time.

Took 2 scoops of it 40min prior my workout.
Today was arms + full body depletion workout (it precedes legs day/refeed day)
is kind of my lighter day aaaand.. I didn't like it :/

I couldn't really recognize what

I don't care much for taste in a prewo

Didn't really mix well,
I even tried with a spoon but
there was stuff floating around and

Focus/Nootropic: 4
I could recognize some sort of nootropic effect
but it was very weak and it was more a @_@ effect
than concentration, i mean it didn't help with the workout
actually it was very hard for me to keep the mind/muscle connection
and I usually AM very concentrated and have no problems with that.
Sorry to say that it made my concentration worse than usual

Energy: 6
During the workout there was a hint of the stims
kickin in, but it wasn't a stable flow of energy,
more like a burst here and there, aggression-like
but definitely not strong enough and most important
it was coming and going which I found a bit annoying
I don't know if it was the way i reacted to the nootropic
that was going against the actual energy complex but the result
was odd and again, I went thru the workout despitpe the product
more than thank to it.
There was anyway some sort of energy going on..

Recovery/Endurance: 6 - 4.5
Let me explain the double vote here.
Recovery between sets was probably the best part of the product,
nothing mind blowing but I hit my full body workout and also
the arms workout very fast (important for arms as I do opposite/hypertrophy
on this day).
Once done with arms the full body depletion wo went pretty fast and
recovery was good.
Problem is the endurance. It seems (might be just a bad day I don't know,
I don't wanna bash on the thing..) like it completely killed my endurance.
Granted that my sessions are outrageously long usually, today
I think it was the shortest workout of the last 3 years :/
I went kinda fast during the wo, but this is my lighter day and
usually I throw in a great amount of supersets, it lasts quite some time,
today I barely sweat and I just wanted to be over with it.

Pump: 6
Noticed some more pump than usual during my arms wo

Price/Serving: NA
Like for UltraReps, this one was free for me,
so no vote here.

Overall Experience:
Eh, I didn't like it at all..
To be fair, I took 1pill of SlimFX three hours before taking this one
but if anything, I'd expect to make it better, not worse.
Stim effect is noticeable but I just didn't like, is not jittery tho'
but is not strong either, like it didn't really help the workout.
At least from today's experience, I wouldn't buy/use this one.

i am almost 100% sure that slimfx ruined your experience with supersize, as sli fx makes me feel like ****, anxious, depressed etc.

please try supersize again when you are feeling good and haven't taken slimfx.

Well I *was* feeling good when I woke up lol
But yeah, I will try them both "solo" at some point next week, Slim probably on Sat because is my day off,
and SS next Wed, I don't wanna run the risk of messing one of the heavy workouts (as for me that would mean no food..)
like if I took it on any other day of the week I wouldn't have been able to go thru my wo, and that *never* happens

Update on the second try of SuperSize (solo):

sorry guys but there must be something extremely incompatible with
this one and my body.. I took another two scoops first thing in the morning, like with any other prewo,
this time without SlimFx, and if anything it got even worse.. My head felt heavy, close to sleepiness,
my body felt all jittery (more like actual shaking tbh) and at the same time I had no energy or mental drive,
very uncomfortable overall feeling.. Stomach feel acidic too.
This one def isn't for me :/
 
****...i have a tub coming, i hated slim fx so i hope this doesn't feel similar.

i don't like craze either btw( for pwo, besides that it gives a nice high) , makes me less agressive so i have no motivation to lift heavy. i can see though how it could be good for higher reps. (i train mostly between 3-5 reps and i can't even be bothered picking up the weight, i'd rather listen to music..lol)
so far lit-up and sp-max were best for me for strength.

No i don't find Slimfx to be anything like SS, actually the last 2 days I liked Slim, don't like SS at all..

As for Craze, to each his own, I can't train without it, i broke more PR since I use it
then any other period of my 10+ years of training. It really is perfect for me, but I can see the aggression thing
you're talking about. I use to rely on aggression for my workout like no other, but that completely changed
since I use Craze. With that said, I can still use aggression on some session and yes, Lit-Up and SPmax are the two

Does it improve glut 4 response?
I have ALA coming...all the na-r was sold out...
Cre mono bloats me...esssh that's the only problem I have with craze...would rather have creatine phosphate or MCC for less retention and ATP boost

It has lots benefits just avoid it around training, I think its only 1g of creatine per serving so you should be fine

No I didn't, I was really interested in that one til they removed Suma Root from it
but I will try it eventually.
Next ones are probably going to be White Flood new formula and Body Rush,
and of course whatever sample whatever company will send

I enjoy the focus I get with it. So good. Wish it had ATP in it (like supersize) also.di-sodium phosphate if I remember correctly

I've never tried it really and there was not enough feedback on it
for me to buy Suma as standalone, that's why I wanted to try Assault.
For what you read around tho' Assault without it is not as good as it was before
 
Just like AK detailed review, Craze is the best one I've used from your list. I've tried a lot of preworkouts with different routines and variations. Lit Up is very good too, but I get best results with rpm\drive\litup.

Craze, just 1 scoop. About 20-30mins into workout, whatever it is just kicks in and you're focused, GO!!!!!! Rest periods get shorter, focused on clean reps, and just simply GO!!!!! Get a great pump, feels awesome. No crash after workout, you just feel good.
Value is pretty good pending how often you work out. At 3-4 workouts a week, 45 servings could last 2 months or more.

Brazilian ginseng and contains geranium. Aren't some supps extracting or creating DMAA 1,3 out if geranium. Suma boost energy and increases circulation.

Maybe it's those that like the DMAA type if effect that were disappointed if Suma Root was removed. Perhaps removed due to nausea concerns that can be caused by Suma.

Jack3d was great until my body got used to it after week 2. VPX Friction is phenomenal! Amazing energy and focus. Pumps are great( although I've never had any supp to increase the pump) I believe the pump I got was more due to me working out harder. A lot of caffeine And stimulants. 5g creatine per one scoop which is more than enough. That being said I take a little more than half a scoop and its crazy awesome. Watermelon taste is the best I've ever had in a supp. No gross preworkout taste to it if u get what I mean. 30 servings , but I half dose it so 60 for $45. Definitely try this one if ur into stimulants

Haha, know they are both plants, but perhaps related and cam extract geranium oil from Suma. Suma contains alot of stuff (vitaims, aminos and GERANIUM) according to this and other stuff I have seen. I just spent snot 10 seconds to google this and find two articles.

Friction has 400mg of caffeine in ONE scoop and overall just look the next overstimmed prewo.
Mind that I like(d, before developing an irreversible tolerance to it) No Shotgun and other products from VPX,
Friction really isn't one of 'em

Assault to me just look very average, I'm familiar with all the ingredients in it
and it has nothing interesting really.

I'm not looking for a prewo really, Craze to me is really a whole different game. There are preworkouts,
and then Craze. It seems like they made it *for* me, for my style of workout, my mind, my body..
I highly doubt I will find any prewo that comes even close anytime soon. I'm good.
But Thursday is "try day", so w/e, I'll keep trying stuff when I have the chance because I do want to
(sadly) cycle Craze off every two tubs and like I said, for now Lit-Up and SPMax are the two that I use,
but I'm open to add and cycle others if they're good or maybe find something that works particularly well
for a given workout.

Suma apparently generates energy through metabolism of sapronins or the geranium. Sapronins would not seem to cause a noticeable jolt so that why I was curious if the geranium contained in Suma was creating the energy.

I don't necessarily like DMAA either. Caffeine is enough to get me going. I just don't see why Suma would make noticeable difference unless it was generating a response similar to that of DMAA. Otherwise, the ingredients in Suma are more of an amino profile, antioxidant and immune booster.

I like Lit up, but had an issue with DAA. Too bad for me. RPM and Superpump Max work fine for me. Maybe check out craze though.

I didn't know, well like I said I hate geranium.. Stopped taking anything with it long time
ago and it's one of the best thing I did to my body.
Oh well, I remember getting interested in Suma for few days, old news..
 
I like your reviews AK. I just purchased Craze after being a loyal Lit-Up user for months. Lit-Up is fantastic in my book and I hope Craze treats me well, as it did to you. We seem to be in the same boat because I also kicked 1,3 about a year ago and I havent missed it in the least! No more nervous wreck and profuse sweating for me! Anyways, keep up the great detailed reviews AK!

What is the reason you hate geranium so much? did it affect your progress? explain please.

First thing is performance, it works at the beginning but you build up
tolerance right away, hence you need more everyday, up until you just don't feel
it anymore not even at more than triple dose
Crash post workout were crazy with anything containing it, and not because I
was pushing myself too much, I lift way heavier and for longer now (and with better
form) and get no crash.
Made me very very nervous, like dangerously nervous, and since I tend to
snap on my own very easily and I'm pretty aggressive to begin with, that wasn't
a good combo.
Jittery feeling which at first (and if it's not too much) it can be somewhat a kick
in the gym but when you come out you realize how in reality holds you back (this is very subjective,
i use to rely on aggression in the gym to get the focus, to get the "go", with time and experience
i realized i perform better if I'm calm and concentrated, the right nootropic does a much better
work than a stim on me)
Stim d#ick, 1,3 is what causes it

Thanks for the reply ak. i asked cause I like 1m.r. the best when it had 1,3 in it and is a huge difference with the reformulated crap that is sold today. In fact, i have a few tubs of the 1,3 1mr version for later on. But yes the 1mr you tried is pure crap, is the worst preworkout and does not deserve to be called 1mr. The old formula vs the new is like night and day.

Btw, you mentioned "stim d#ck" ,did you find the 1,3 affected libido and /or erections? or am i gettin it all wrong, scary stuff, what did you noticed?

yeah 1,3 can cause issues with erection, you're like not all the way, i don't think it affects libido
