First off a big shout out to @delsolrob for this opportunity!
This will be a sponsored log on this loaded All out pre workout.
Want to start out by saying super fast shipping, opening the box and very sleek design! Also really nice seal under the lid and able to peel it off it one go not a bunch of small pieces!
So crack open the tub today, flavor Blue Hawaiian! I use very little water maybe 2 swallows worth. Mixed right up and down the hatch, flavor was really amazing! Did 1 scoop this morning about 4:35 ish and then at the gym at 5am!

For this log I will be training 4 days a week. Will be early mornings and fasted. I will also be using Iconic Formulations Neuro AET, 1ml a day spread between 2 doses. Also Iron Legions VII-KT same dosage.

Other supps I have been on for a good duration that will be continued.

Rise and grind!
Up at 4:30 am did 16 ounces of water and one scoop of All Out Ultra and a handful of ice cubes. Very refreshing and delicious! This stuff is impressive on how well it mixes there is not much residue on the last sip, flavor is just simply great. So drank this tropical blend also had a cup of coffee and was ready to go!

Flavor is so ridiculously good on this and also impressed on how well it mixes and little to know grit on the last drink.

Same as usual up at 4:30am this time I decided to try 1/2 scoop of All out Ultra with 8 ounces of water. Flavor a little more mild with 1/2 scoop but still really tasty! Also applied.5 mil of Iconic AET and Iron Legions VII-KT pre workout. Also a cup of coffee.

I'm feeling something in this preWO that is reminiscent of the focus and drive I had on OG jack3d. I don't know the difference in how yours is hitting vs mine since I got the sweat version, but I am really liking it (and sweating like a pig)

I'm feeling something in this preWO that is reminiscent of the focus and drive I had on OG jack3d. I don't know the difference in how yours is hitting vs mine since I got the sweat version, but I am really liking it (and sweating like a pig)
Never had the OG Jack3d so can’t speak for that. Definitely seems to get and hold me in the zone very well. Definitely allowing me to push and get done more work then I would with out.

it's a timing thing for me, lol. I always pound my preWO either at work on my way to the gym, or when I get to a certain part of the high way from my house if I go on the weekend. If i hit it too early and the tingles hit when I'm in the car it drives me nuts lol.

whew…. Chest was pump city, incline I was struggling on big time but hit the targets. Arm pump was the crazy good at the end of the curls. Sweat was real and thank goodness for the energy from ALL OUT I needed it.

Oh no I had drank in between sets when needed. There was just the drinking of the water at the end of that right before my sprint to the bathroom. I just noted that I took a drink and then reaction happened immediately.

maybe I'm the weirdo. I usually get 40-60oz of water in me before I lift and then don't really have anything until post workout unless I'm having intra workout protein, carbs, or aminos...

those morning sessions though, that's a different beast entirely.

24-32 total oz preWO in the morning, then 48oz intra for me. Most of it lightly salted.

I usually wake up at that time as well and try and train fasted if I'm feeling good. I actually think I train harder when fasted.

Woke up a little later this morning, I did not want to get out of bed.
4:40am I put my cup on a scale zeroed out and measured out the grams. I can’t remember now off the top of my head 24-26 grams? Anyway was a scoop and a little more. No tingles or anything. Mixed up great and chug a lug!
