Do you guys use ai's on cycle? or off. if your using a non aromatizing compound, there's no need to use an ai on cycle right? any input would be appreciated
 
I wouldn't use an AI with something non aromatizing. But I would have something on hand just in case.

Save the AI for pct (along with a serm) even then I would keep the dosage light.
 
Depends what you are running. Most people have them on hand just in case regardless though.

Just because something doesn't aromatize doesn't mean estrogen support is not needed. As test levels rise, so does estrogen. AIs have long been used as a form of TRT, so yes they can be used without running steroids or with steroids. In the end, as has been said, it all comes down to what you're using.
 
Always good to have them on hand whether it's on cycle or post cycle. I never run anything without test anymore so I dose my AI each other day. For post cycle, after I'm done with 4 weeks of nolva/clomid, I also dose my AI each other day for 2 more weeks.

For PH/DS cycles, OTC AI's should suffice. Always recommend to keep some Adex or Letro on hand just in case though.
 
Yep I always keep BLR's letro on hand just in case.
 
This place is obsessed with destroying the evil estrogen!!!!!!. You know that lowering estrogen raises LDL and lowers HDL, something you don't want MORE OF on cycle.

El1minate is just as effective for my needs...thanks. It's also perfectly fine for women to use.
