Epi should be a nice addition. I get strong as hell off epi and the sides are nonexistent. Still gonna make weight for 275?
 
SD is good I have some... I'm taking It light on Orals. Epi is just in my Detenator X. I hope to make 275 I'll cut accordingly. Tren should help that. Maybe add Winnie or halotestin towards the end with the tren

Deadlift day around 7pm... Last week almost hit 655 for 2. Been Incorporating max heavy reps. Week before hit 635 for 3. I want to hit 675 today. I warm up to 600 pounds pulling sumo to get the feel.

Hmm, I thought you pulled conventional. Do you just warm up to 600 with sumo then switch, or do you just pull sumo now?

I'm a conventional lifter. I just warm up sumo now. Never did them till about a month ago. Figured they needed to be added in my routine. My conventional is a lot stronger for sure. My coach Dan Green is a sumo lifter so he incorporates them in everyone's routine. I've only pulled a 600 max doin sumo lmao

Bahaha I havnt fully started with him yet. Been waiting till k can be consistent with no blocks in life. Just been taking tips and asking questions. My spot is ready
 
You should jack his beanie one of these days and see if it adds 100lbs to any of your lifts.

Today was a depressing Pull day.... CNS definitely needs recovery after the past few weeks. 635 is all that came off the ground today. Felt heavy... Lost focus etc. Hopefully bench and squat don't tank like this.
