Yeap. I use 8oz of water, with an 8oz boiled(and cooled) chicken breast.

Or you could add 1 scoop of whey, 2tbsp of PB with it. You won't even know there is chicken in there. Throw some spinich in there for your greens. :)

So worth it though. I pretty much drink all my veggies. I was slacking big time on veggies. Now I get down a couple lb a day.

Can get refurbished ones from vitamix for 329 5 yr warranty

Yea haha ConDense is cheaper on my order form plus I like the pump and endurance. Comes next month tho ill have more Marinade. Just tapped into a new ConDense container

K well I'm lost on wtf is goin on... I'm eating like crazy, lifting like a beast. Strength was not at all there today... Meaning I had a hard time pulling 600. Not only that but I'm at +1 pound... I don't ****in understand... I'm harder with constant pump but no visible fat loss... I'm not gonna get into it... Methastadrol is garbage SD. I know I'm only on week 4 of Test... I just don't know.

Be patient buddy. It's coming. Some people take longer. I think I was a week 8 bloomer lol how much are you eating?

Maybe start tracking a bit more closely at least for a couple days. Becomes hard to make changes when you are not sure exactly sure what you're eating. Also becomes hard to be sure you're eating enough despite feeling like you're constantly eating.
 
Maybe your not eating as many cals or protein/carbs as u think man. I was shocked when I started tracking and realized how little I was eating. Maybe start tracking? Might help

This... Throw up your diet dude. Let Frank critique, its all there - lifting heavy, hormones etc. it has to be diet.

Are you feeling fatigued? Weak or just not gaining the strength?

I agree I mean its just confusing. I'm eating more then my last Sd based cycle and I'm not gaining like I did then and I'm on week 4 of it

I have been gaining awesome strength. Today was weak tho. Not fatigued
 
I'll track my diet starting tonight... Atleast for a awhile
 
Do that. From there you can start to add things on top of that or make easy adjustments allowing you to get down extra calories with little effort.

Try and be as accurate as you can with portion sizes and amounts.

My fitness pal is decent for tracking.

I went on a 2 mile trail run with my new pup Bane (American bulldog) and then went to the gym for a gnarly back day - deads and pull UPS til I couldn't move lol...

Needless to say I feel you, bro...
