My grip is incredible naturally... Never had to do forearm strength or use straps. Best exercise tho for forearms I use to do in fighting is fairly nunchucks
 
Guess it will need to get better since you will be moving a lot more weight now. When you push the numbers you are,weakest links in the chain become more obvious. Next level sh!t!! You are there.

Dam bro good job pullin' 700! For me getting it about halfway up from the ground is the hard part once I have that **** up the lockout is the easy part you'll get it soon no problem. I always know I'm not gonna get a DL if I drop it after pullin up only a few inches, worst feeling ever.
 
Stupid strong man. While your pulls are incredibly impressive, I think the amount of weight you can move on good mornings right after is even crazier

Haha what it is!!! So my coach worked shoulders with me today and I must say it was the best shoulder work out I ever had... Light but the pain is all gone!!! I also managed to 1rm 315 on military press! ****in STOKED!!! Might be able to bench meets after all.
I told him that I noticed my traps are growing the most... They literally have double in size which was wierd to me. He laughed and said, "thats how you know when someone is on gear!" Lmao makes sense!
All around I feel unstoppable and things are finally turning around!

Nice lift brother, glad the pain is gone. Ur traps are big, ppl gunna b talking now lol I always enjoy when ppl comment I'm on steroids. I take it as a compliment since 8 years ago I looked like a skeleton methed out. Oh wait, I was haha

Got home... Got undressed... Flexed in the mirror a bit... Def lookin bigger but noticed I'm holding a bunch of water... More puffy then I have ever been... I know when I wake up it will change so not to worried... Traps look a lot bigger...
What really got me down tho was the size of my right Lat compared to my left.... Way bigger... Mood killer. Any ideas on it... Maybe some single arm Lat pulldowns for that side only?
 
Not to mention I now have stretch marks on my triceps.... I've never had stretch mark ever.... Besides corner of chest where armpit meets.

Are you sure you are straight on with the mirror? One lat can easily look smaller if you are turned even just a couple inches to the side. Usually the first thing I do when I think one lat looks bigger in the mirror is rotate my torso slowly to the right and left while doing a lat spread to make sure my orientation is right.

I know you've been lifting a long time and probably already know this, but just throwin' it out there.

Lol yea one is seriously bigger haha equal in strength tho...ill just hit that one a few extra sets on pull day
 
Off day today! Need to catch up on that rest and family time... Kinda tired still but have work... Aggression is gettin to me for sure... Not to mention I snapped my key off inside my door knob....

On other news... My son is just like daddy now!

Slight bruise on left glute at point of injection... Tiny but def should have switched the needles again. Hate waiting 2 days before the gym again but well worth it. Got complimented twice last night by coworkers. "everytime I see you, you are bigger" I just laugh and say yea I'm in comp prep... Pack on as much mass and strength possible. My chest and shoulders look way wider... I am holding a grip of bloat tho...
