I feel good and more confident now... Had a good week for lifting! My shoulders feel way better... Pain is almost non existent! Workout consisted of
Db rear Delt flys
Pec Dec rear Delt flys
Hammer strength military press
Db Lat raises
Db front Delt raises
Db shrugs
Hammer strength seated shrugs
Heavy bb shrugs

No pain at all!!! Bitch I feel good... Ima see how I'm doin by Tuesday. Hopefully I can actually bench heavy
