Airborne's Quest to PowerLifting (and whatever he's on ATM)

I dig some stupid crap when I was younger & now my shoulder flares up from time to time - It really sucks, but I've tried to deal with it as a reminder to recheck what I've been doing: my form throughout my lifts-make sure everything's kosher, my diet-so I'm feeding the furnace properly, sleep & recovery, stress, etc.

Also, I don't know about you, but the sunrise/sunset change, as well as cooling down lately, has had a noticeable affect on folks around these parts - I know I've been a little slower/achier when I get up to workout in the morning, as my house is all dark & kinda cold now -

You've been killing it man - Off days & aches happen - I know you got this

I'm 31 and feel like I'm in my 40s somedays because I abused my body when I was in my early 20s. You're already ahead of the game AB, good genetics freakish strength. Keep it up remembr it's a marathon not a sprint

Big man,try this out tonight with shoulders. Do the exercises for the rear delts first before any other delt movements. My thoughts are that it will tighten up the area and give them more stability and possibly less pain. Just a shot.

Dude that benchs 500 lbs finaly has some injury, my opinion u one lucky homi. I was having injury my 2nd week lol and it was light weight. Have to get me some of that tylenol stuff bro, go getem big dog!

I feel good... I'm just not gonna lift heavy on shoulder days. Def try that Tylenol ****. It's called Precise

Thanks, I was gunna go back and look at ur pic lol. I got a bad right shoulder so that will b good for me.

At gym... Coach is here... I told him the business and we are doing light work for shoulder repair... It's pretty much the same as AZ said I feel good

I had bad form and pulled from lower back. Makes sense. I tried jumping to 650. It's all better now

Well todays workout was legit!!! Thanks to coaching from AZ and my coach! Big help and I thank you! Also thank you too all who believe in me and talked some sense into me!
Lots of rear Delt work... Everything slow and controlled with light weight! Once the rear delts got worked... My shoulder pain was nonexistent. Then did some hammer strength work on the machines to really get the blood flowing. Traps I did hit lightweight hard haha 400 for sets of 10 on bb and 150s for 12 on Db.

Test Powder: It's been gone for a lil while now... Tbh I didn't think it was anything special. I didn't see what EVERYONE else happened to see. People need to be honest bout the products they use cuz I got my hopes up. It was normal DAA to me... Agmatine doesn't do much for me so I don't give it the credit for my insane pumps... Is it better then most crap out there... As far as test boosters? Probably... Daa is where its at. Not hating on USP I happen to love their products but TP didn't do it for me. What I did notice was a mass increase in aggression. I was more likely to snap someone's **** up. I guess that's a plus. I also might add that it did tear up my stomach. Which usually never happens. Flavor was great tho.

Anabeta: Ha Haaaaa love this product! Strength is chuggin along! I failed myself on bench and deads this week but I blame that on injury. Other then that. I'm makin roid progress on this stuff! 6 a day to stay super Anabolic!!! Hunger is still insane... I can't stop eating! Food still tastes better and I enjoy it more even after gorging. I'm gettin insanely vascular by the day. Noticing new veins each week. Bodyfat loss is partially due as well. I'm staying full and erect around the clock. Ordering Anabeta Elite to see the diff after cycle. Love this stuff!

Alphamine: This product never gets old!!! Eating as much as I do and still cutting bf is unbelievable! The energy I get from this product is unique amongst others. This is the ONLY other product that has kept the same amount of energy from scoop 1, scoop for scoop as well as Muscle Marinade. The euphoria is amazing and stress free. Flavor is still delish. Now on my second tub!
 
Ditto on the Test Powder and Alphamine, on and off with the Anabeta with me. Rear delt work and upper back retractions will help tremendously with rotator cuff issues, believe me!

I agree! Ima have a hard time ever coming off Alphamine or ConDense... I just love them so much. AB is on my list as well
I have this problem with all Purus and PES products haha Div1 is another
 
Nice review brother anabeta and alphamine is where its at. Nothing like these two products! The TP I'm going to give it another 4 weeks before I pass final judgment. But the stomach issues I can relate to. I have to say I'm going to miss the 4 weeks off of alphamine.

Seems like every DAA product is different. TP had absolutely no GI issues while some others tore me up. I hope D-pol is a "solid". Pun intended of course. AnaBeta is a staple in my supplement cycling year round. Love the stuff. Alphamine has yet to be tried. It will be soon but the college boy is cutting into my supp budget. *!*

Keep making us proud big boy!!
