The funny thing is that I did a bulk this off season for the first time... to be honest, it is easier for me mentally to cut than to bulk. I know you can do this brother

So third day now... Technically this and tomorrow are my weekend so no gym BUT I'm pulling a 7 day straight at work so ill be there tonight and tomorrow which is a very physical job so I'm constantly sweating. I feel great. Had a fever but all better now. Still nothin to crazy to report. Weight will be checked Thursday :-)

Alright Brothers.... And... Sisters (Mr Marc) lmfao X-D jk bro. I am having a lot of energy since I started. Work seems to fly by and I'm not gettin tired mid day (I work midnight till 8:30 in morn) also look more dry :-) things are going crazy here, moving into my new house, my sons due on the fifth and she's dialated already so anyday now lol umm bunch of stuff so... What I'm sayin Is ish got hectic and I had a cheat day at taco bell. I still make sure I have gym time tho and well ill purge tonight before work. Diet is back on track when I wake up. Anyways!!! I'll keep yall informed! I'm starting to feel it :-)
 
Oh and I must say. Strength is still up, mass is still there... Will weigh in tomorrow :-)

My little girl is 20 months bro time flies its very scary but just wait until you get this alpha protector feeling when you have your child there is nothing like that it's very intense lol

So.... Today was a great day! Straight up.... This stack is AMAZING. Seeing results in first week!!!

Results:
Increased intensity in gym
I feel an increase in metabolism
Dropping bodyfat fast ( Abs and veins are more visible)

So what I'm gettin at... I work out fasted. After work out I weighed in... Was at 251... I'm at 250.4 with strength still up but I'm cuttin up!
 
Any diff? I know its only week one
