Great workout! Strength is ^^^ I'm sitting at +13 which leaves me at 265... Put an inch on my arms. I have insane energy now yet my shoulder didn't wanna keep up.

In my precious avi, I snagged those lime green & gray Nikes; sweet too & I have some bright orange ones....
Never got into the flashy colors, usually an all black guy but hey, the ladies love it. ;)
