Deadlift: 1 set of 6 reps, 450 and feelin like a beast!!! Have you mind this was my 2nd time ever incorporating them in my work out and now I'm in love!

Update on SlinShot!!! At work last night.. ate a big ass pile of spaghetti without Slin. I got SO BLOATED!!! I was walking around work with a gut full of infinite air fartin everywhere!!! SlinShot FTW!!!

Oh ya bro! I'm addicted to the deadlift. By far my favorite day of the week at the gym. Your lower back should be feeling thick tomorrow, and sore in a good way.

Dead Lifts are one of my favorite exercises...
The deadift is solely a concentric movement.
 
It works your back, forearms, legs, even abs a bit...

Unfortunately I get no results while taking creatine... Sucks but I'm a non responder.... I tend to eat a lot of red meat so this could play as a factor too. But D-pol and Slin for sure
 
Maxing DL today. Do you guys generally lower the weight on a Max or just drop it? I normally drop it but not sure if that counts as doing the whole exercise.

Ive gone by lowering it. Imo dropping it is only a half rep...

As long as you keep the bar as close to your body as possible, you are good to go. DL is my most favorite exercise. Keep your form tight bro! Good luck!

Lol i did reps with 425 today. Injuries go with poor form, strength gains and size from proper form. Just up is a half an exercise. Powerlifters competing in bench for example dont start at the bottom, they come off the rack, negative, pause at about 1/2 above their chest briefly and push to lock out.

You got it though man. Drive your heels hips up head up big chest an d lock that **** out!

I believe that for DL they just go to lockout and drop though. I've never had back problems and I always lower in my workout. I've always been worried about it with max weight though.

Max out or not i say lower it... dont be that d bag dropping weights in the gym. Its more an ettiquite thing i suppose. If your afraid youll hurt yourself dont do it imo. Maxing out is a waste of a potentially good work day. Alot of guys dont bother ...

F that bro. I drop weights and idgaf!! The last thing I want to do is slam 90+ lbs dumbells on my legs after a leg day. no sir.

I'm only doing the maxes for a starting point from 5/3/1. I normally don't bother. I normally lower it and will keep doing so, I've never maxed DL before so wasn't sure if it was necessary.

Honestly bro, type your stuff in to a max calculator. Its close. I did that for 531 and crushed it. Gained decent strength too

I'm not doing one Rep maxes brother. I'm going for 3-4 Rep maxes and then using the calculator from there. :)

Relaxin with the Fam today! From tomorrow till Wednesday ill be takin it very easy... Some cardio 9 sets light work max and REST. The body needs it! SlinShot keeps me full and Muscle Marinade is doin the same as when I first tried it. Can't wait to see how it treats me when I'm beyond LETHARGIC
