I have killed the sweets today like a fat kid in a cake store! But tomorrow I'm back on!
Hitting cardio at 6am for an hour on the stairs!!
But I'm throwing a little more carbs in my diet for this week then will cut them out for two weeks go up to the heart of Texas!
I will have two more cheat meals tho.... This place down from my work is this hole in the wall BBQ place called Slabs BBQ... And it's Texas we have the best BBQ! They have this loaded bake potato with chopped beef and everything on with a side of fried okra that is amazing and I'm gonna have a rootbeer float with it!!!
And I might have some donuts tomorrow morning... We will see! Lol

I wish PES would have had a booth at the expo. I would have loved to be stacked out at it.... reping the products since I used alpha T2 and erase pro to prep for contest....

I was gonna make shrimp fettuccini alfredo tonight but got a migraine, so he suggested taco bell :P we've had fast food like.. 5 times in 3 months.. record for me!

Well I put it on about an hour ago and it feels like my skin is heated up! The area is red and I can definitely feel it working!
Kinda have a little of a headache but that's Bc I haven't eaten yet.
So we will see, has anyone had experience with T3
 
Update: pct starts Friday :-( sad day... I feel good tho... Will be starting to take Daa today... Bulk that I have... My pct is clomid and an Athletix stack... Pct will be a new thread as it is sponsored. That will start Saturday... FormulaX,Division1 and Licogenix ;-)
