My rep stayed the same, but i lost one blue LED? weird....you guys were probably abusing your rep, negging newbies or whoever....they reported it and you got rep taken away. I try to tell ya'll don't be nasty with the neg reps....neg rep with people "your own size" if at all....its only fair. Yeah... Man, feel great myself. Weight hasn't picked up much for me lifting or body weight wise (don't think the max LMG has kicked in fully, finished week 1, week 2 of the winny clone). Think I'm go 6 weeks instead of the initial 4. we shall see.

Focus on slow controlled movements & good eating. Wanna make this cycle end on a positive note.

so yesterday my dad goes to move our big trailer and doesnt lock the stand in place. the whole trailer falls on him and snaps his leg in three places... WTF, so hes back home, today is the lil bros first day back too. ive been picking up grown men and moving them like furniture all ****ing day. i cant even get a good workout in, ill get one damn set down, then mom comes yelling out in the garage "can you come help". so im all juiced up and highly caffeinated slinging around my family. fortunately diet has been on point. ive been eating alot of squash and zucinnee (dont know how to spell). and spinach. those are about the only carbs im doing. and the greek yogurt. so thats cool. but i would really like to lift something heavy thats not human.

on vacation, I did tricep dips arms on the chair feet on the bed, pushups of course, I shrugged the bed since it had those metal half circles on each end I could grab onto, and I brought 2 5's with one dumbell for some high rep curls....you gotta improvise, I'd lift people if I had too :D

Well today was a bad day for gym... Strength AND endurance were both down while feeling dizzy and needing to throw up.... This tops off the day with more problems.... Oh well... Tomorrows a new day... Just gotta stay possy

just keep eating, and the weight will come. so will the strength. its just like day one. only instead of being 180 wanting to be 200 your 270 wanting to be 300. my first few days of sd were rough, that 40mg is like cocaine, but give it a day or two. just eat. i got sick everytime i ate the first few days off.

and for god sake no more cycles with out test. u need it, its so good id shoot it straight in to my left nut if i had to
