Great question? Any one else can chime in on this? Im guessing stano may stabilize SD strength gains. It's all up to your mind at that point. I'm rocking stano starting Sunday for my last 4 weeks so time will tell what this stuff can do.

AB, you got 500 next week at least if you want it. Your burning out before you even get there. Warm up, then two heavier sets to let the body feel the weight for two or three reps then bam, 500 no problem, then go back to your low 400 lifts after to get the blood going.

I need to... I might rep 315 for warm up and like 350 for another quick set to max my 5
