Had chicken, rice, potato and corn for dinner after workout
Then at work every two hours like this
2 cups brown rice and broccoli
Natty pb sandwich on whole wheat with Greek yogurt
Whole grain speghetti with lean (7% fat) ground beef
Chicken, rice and mashed potatoes with peas
Protein shake (myofusion)
Oatmeal
Greek yogurt then bed lol

Eat big to gain big bro!!! My metabolism has been slowing I think : ( i'm going to have to start eating less and tracking cals a little closer...

B, but they are phasing that out so there will just be EMT and Paramedic here. my sis was EMS for five years too, then she made memphis Fire. im bout to graduate with a degree in Geology. but i love my job.
 
im lifting alot heavier, dont know by how much. but im getting lactic acid build up. which i only get when im On. so that means my lifts are heavier and im pinching harder. but im not noticing it. think im just highly motivated and killing it, while zoning in on the movements... **** yeah

Getting DOMS or not? Realizing I'm not getting them and I'm just doing some Halo.
 
na no doms yet. ive had them on halo, this is like when you havent worked out in a few weeks and you get ****ing soar as **** the next three days. i honestly think im beasting in the gym and havent been paying attention. i did get some pumps the other day, from doing back ups, but thats to be expected.
 
Shouldn't you bet @ the gym about now? No workout tonight big fella?

Switched around schedule a lil. Tonight I just got done doin 30 mins of continuous ab work. I don't really do Abs so this is a lot lol I'm takin this day as ab focus day

It totally was lol plus I figure if I make this day an at home workout not only am I gettin the benefit of Abs but I'm also getting to stay and spend time with my wife and newborn... Plus my wife can do it with me.

yeah thats a big plus bro, family comes first...or at least they should, I could just picture you holding your baby on your chest doing sit-UPS for extra resistance lol...thats good your wife supports your workouts and ph addiction..hahaha could be worse right? Keep it up man, oh i wanted to ask you how much saw palmetto do you take and how far you dose it from ph's?

Family always first. Got it tatted on my chest Haha and for Saw Palm... I keep it on hand. Never really have prostate issues but incase I do I just pick up the *** brand and pop 4... Doesn't matter when

alright, so you dont run it everyday with your liver support only if you need it, I was reading how anti-inflammatory's can stunt hypertrophy if taken near workouts... Thanks man.
 
Alright well its day 3 on both SD and P-bold. I know SD kicks in for me around 6-7 days. I don't know about bold but I think its kickin in already. Hotflashes and nightsweats along with uncontrollable thirst. I forget sometimes to drink and this makes 2 1/2 gals go fast.

I always thought bold took forever to kick in... i know sd dries me out and keeps me sweaty at night. Didnt you have a third chemical in your list of goodies or is sleep deprivation messing with my memory?
