I know im behind in responding to this. My calves suck. Arnold style did nothing. Im firmly using the dc method and will not change it for my calves. 1 straight set. Stretch down until you cant go further. Up and hold. Down slow with full stretch. Probably around an 8 second negative and an 8 second hold is what i shoot for. My calves are blowing up.

Yup! Shít keelz! Pretty sure DC outlines 15/5 I don't remember ever seeing 8 seconds being used as official DC method

So just one set and how many reps? Can you incorporate this multiple times a week?

I do a warm up always but yes one working set. The dc protocol i saw was 8-12 reps. Ive tried to do two sets and its pretty impossible. I hit them 2x a week like if i was running the 4 day dc split though ive opted not to follow the full program i am utilizing bits and pieces of it.

forgive my mispelling your name, just back from gym and still a little amped, about 120-150 carbs each meal

1 cap is good for around 30g of carbs... 2 @ 75g of carbs..

If he is using 12 a day he's taking in somewhere of 600 carbs a day, but yes SLINshot can be used that much during the day. ;)
