A little about me
Before April 22nd 2011, my birthday, I hadn't hit the gym in well over 2 years. I was looking in the mirror and decided enough is finally enough. Couldn't really stand what I saw and made the decision to get a better, healthier, lifestyle. After reading numerous logs of AH/AL I ordered some for myself. Knowing that it was out of stock for at least a month, I figured that would give me a few weeks to get a base together. I've hit the gym 5x a week, since that date. The AH/AL came in the mail 2 days ago and I am super stoked to see the results.
I will be taking 2 AH & AL x 2 per day, for 6 weeks.

Goal
Bringing out my abs and obliques while also lowering body fat %.
Workouts
Typically I am not able to workout on Saturday or Sunday due to long work hours and the gym closing early on Sunday.
Monday - Chest
At gym abs (4 exercises x 4 sets) *weighted resistance
At home abs (4 exercises x 3 sets to failure)
Tuesday - Biceps and Shoulders
At gym abs (1 exercise x 8 sets)
At home abs (4 exercises x 3 sets to failure)
Wednesday - Back and Triceps
At gym abs (4 exercises x 4 sets) *weighted resistance
At home abs (4 exercises x 3 sets to failure)
Thursday - Legs
At gym abs (1 exercise x 8 sets)
At home abs (4 exercises x 3 sets to failure)
Friday - sauna and cardio (20 min stair climber)
At gym abs (4 exercises x 4 sets) *weighted resistance
At home abs (4 exercises x 3 sets to failure)
Saturday & Sunday - off
Diet
My main focus is protein. I will eat around 300-400g of protein per day. Not sure my caloric or fat intake...
