Day 6: Weighed 198.5lbs this morning and trained legs. Had another really good leg workout. Worked up to 315x5 for two sets on squats, which I haven’t been able to hit in a while (at depth). Also hit 405x3 on deadlifts, which was a pr. My legs should definitely blow up on this cycle, especially deadlifts (never really did deadlifts until now).
Nice, gotta love a deadlift PR. Im similar as i only recently really started doing them and neglected them for a while for fear of injury. I love them now. Still my weakest of the big 3 but im inching towards 400 so its getting exciting haha(at about 390 1rm)

Deadlifts are awesome. I hate doing my first set, but once I get in the groove, feels great. Damn A.G. your about to hit the #200 club. Impressive.

What's up everyone, this will be my cycle log for Olympus Labs Superdrol. I know that many people here are curious whether or not this stuff is gtg, including myself; so I decided to hop on the opportunity and create a cycle log for everyone. This cycle will be geared towards bulking, beginning at around 4000 calories and increasing as I feel necessary. My training will be 6x a week PPL. I currently have 5 cycles under my belt, making this my sixth.

Starting stats:
Height: 6'0
Weight: 193lbs
Bodyfat: 12%
Arm measurement: 16.75-17in
Bench max: 325lbs
Squat max: 365lbs
Deadlift max: 405lbs

Cycle Layout:
Superdrol: 20/20/20/25mg
Testosterone enanthate: 150mg throughout, split twice a week
Arimidex: 1mg weekly, split twice a week

Cycle Supports:
Hawthorn berry: 1130mg
Milk thistle: 525mg
Garlic bulb: 4000mg

Other supps: Preworkout, protein powder, creatine monohydrate, multivitamin, vitamin d3, fish oil

Day 7: Weighed 197.5lbs this morning and took today as a rest day. Visually, I am definitely looking better in the mirror. I am also finding it harder to reach my neck and shoulders while showering, due to my muscles being more filled out. My arms measured at about 17.5 inches today, meaning that they’ve increased 1/2 an inch already, which is a dramatic difference, although that may tend to fluctuate depending on my diet and time of the day. Tomorrow is scheduled to be a chest day, so I’m really hoping to go heavy tomorrow and hopefully be able to update everyone with some prs.

Day 8: Weighed 200lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Worked up to 315 and only managed to hit it for 1 rep, which was a bit disappointing to me, but that’s just me being impatient haha. I did, however, manage to hit a 225 rep pr of 10 on incline and 125lb dumbbells for 3 on the flat. Military presses with 225 (although it was a smith machine) felt great, managing to hit two sets of 12, which is definitely progressing from prior to the cycle. My workout today overall was pretty damn good, lasting nearly 3 hours; hopefully I’ll be able to start repping 315 again soon.

I’ve been hella gassy and taking a lot of dumps lmfao, but I’m guessing that it’s probably related to my diet. I’ll definitely update if any other side effects occur.

I don’t get too many tbh, except on epistane...That stuff had a ton of sides for how “mild” everyone claimed it to be lmao

Day 9: Weighed 199lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. Initially, my back felt really strong on lat pulldowns, but I began to feel weaker as I moved onto other back workouts. This is primarily due to my back still being a bit sore. Heavy shrugs and preacher curls felt lighter than ever though, so I’m definitely seeing some progress in strength overall.

Day 5: Weighed in at 199lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. My workout today was below average, mainly due to my joints having a bad day and my left pec being tight. I worked up to 315x1 for two sets on the flat bench, but it didn’t feel too great. Hopefully next chest day I’ll be able to hit some prs; I was honestly hoping to hit some today.
I know it is still early, but how would you compare this in results to you prior run of DMZ? If you want you can hold off answering till you are farther along in the cycle and I will being the question up later.

It’s still a bit too early to compare, although I can say that I’m definitely feeling more filled out and getting better pumps than I did on dmz

Day 10: Weighed 199 this and trained legs. Worked up to a set of 315 for 4 reps on squats, then went back down to 225 and hit a controlled set of 15 (which drained my energy, but felt great). Pumps in the legs are definitely better. Also, towards the end of last night I was feeling very filled out, almost as if I had just hit a full body workout on viagra lmfao; so that’s definitely a benefit. I also think that it’s worth mentioning that my sex drive lately has been feeling a bit higher, which I’ve honestly never experienced from any steroid, including 600mg of testosterone enanthate; but this could definitely tend to fluctuate.

Not sure. I actually tried to find my blood pressure monitor earlier to see if that was the issue, but I couldn’t find it. The headache is gone now, but I just figured it was definitely worth noting.

I don’t know if this helps, on my last cycle I split my tbol 40mg in the morning and 40mg in the evening (20mg tabs).

I developed major migraines towards the end of the cycle. I left it a few days hoping it would sort itself out. However it only got mildly better and I was ready for stopping the cycle.

Instead I split the tbol more evenly through the day taking only 1 tab at a time. I further started taking Nolva at 20mg a day too. My migraines were gone within a day. It may have been coincidence but I know if it happens again this is the route I will be taking.

Yea, I might try that out as well if the issue doesn’t resolve. Currently splitting twice a day.

Also did 315 for a set of 6 with a slingshot. Felt pretty tired after this though. I honestly expected more strength gains on my bench at this point, but I’ve still got a good 2 1/2 weeks left of course.

Iirc this is the point where you wake up a pound or 2 heavier everyday....unless OL sold you arimistane instead!

He just straight up asked it haha. I basically told him that I’ve used stuff in the past, but I didn’t go into detail with what I was currently using.

After squats, I did some deadlifts, where I managed to hit 455lbs for a single (+50lbs from the start). I’m definitely expecting my deadlifts to go up even more, considering that I never hit them often prior.

Good job. Love when the scale just goes up flighty every day and you know it's not just fat because you're on gear lol. Im gonna do a monster bulk in a month,they have 35% off on a store so Im gonna buy a ton of good stuff.

Day 15: Weighed in at 201lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Had a really good workout, managing to hit 2 prs. I worked up to 315 for an easy set of 2 on flat bench (haven’t been able to hit 2 reps in a good while) and also hit the 110lb dumbbells on incline for 10 (which is an all-time pr for me). Definitely excited for the progress on my bench to continue increasing.

Day 16: Weighed in at 200lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. Weight moved well today, although I began to get tired about an hour into my workout. Nothing really else to note for today.
