Day 17: Weighed in at 219lbs today and trained legs. Worked up to a top set of 365x1 on squats but then just backed down because squats weren’t feeling good. Workout was just decent; kinda crashed halfway into my workout. Have also been looking a lot fuller/more pumped and even dense.
How were squats bugging you? They always feel uncomfortable to me too.

I just wasn’t feeling too strong on them and I was starting to crash on my preworkout
for me when I go heavy I have to be bracing well or they feel ****. I’ve worked massively on bracing the last year as I was relying on a belt too much.

But then some days it’s just not there 😂 I always think heavy squats are the toughest exercise if your not feeling the movement.

for me when I go heavy I have to be bracing well or they feel ****. I’ve worked massively on bracing the last year as I was relying on a belt too much.

But then some days it’s just not there I always think heavy squats are the toughest exercise if your not feeling the movement.
I was bracing and everything just fine, just was feeling a bit of lethargy I guess

Day 18: Woke up at 219lbs today and trained back/bis/traps. Had planned on doing chest today, but my chest was just feeling sore and I wasn’t feeling too strong anyways. Workout today wasn’t really anything good; felt lethargic for most of it for sone reason.

Cycle still going well?
Ehh it’s been a bit out of control lately. Appetite has been inconsistent due to bad GERD. Down a few lbs now from the original starting weight due to dropping calories. I’ll explain a bit more in a sec.

Day 23: Weighed in at around 213lbs this morning due to dropping my calories. My acid reflux/gerd has been making it too much of a pain in the ass to get enough calories for a proper surplus, so I’ve just decided that I’ll probably be at around maintenance or a slight deficit for now at least. Lethargy in the gym has been occurring lately, not entirely sure why, and I don’t think it’s the anadrol, because I honestly suspect that my anadrol might be underdosed or bunk unfortunately. The amount of strength gains, size, pumps, etc that I’d typically see from any oral steroid (even a mild one like turinabol at a low dose) at this point. I’m pretty confident that the rest of my gear is legit as it’s the same pharma I’ve been using mostly these past few years with blood work and results. The anadrol is Ultima Pharma in case anyone is curious lmao. As far as results go for the cycle, im definitely feeling flatter as a result of dropping from around 221 to 213 in a week or so, but I also look noticeably leaner and less bloated in my opinion at least. Strength seems to be steadily increasing, my last heavy bench session I hit 315x7 on flat with a bit of assistance towards the top on the 7th rep. Not anything I’d count as a real pr because it was assisted and the ROM isn’t full. Also have seen dramatic increases in libido these past few days, basically just multiplying my libido by 3-5x as much as it would be on a 200mg test cyp cruise. Hopefully over the next week or so I’ll start to see some real progress from the injectables kicking in.

Fuk that sux man, I get bad reflux running too much carbs with sdrol and it can potentially ruin a cycle. I think Id almost prefer bad lethargy over reflux. Especially when you get it at nite trying to sleep.

Yea man, and my GERD is weird too, shiet can make me puke sometimes. I just started on prevacid tonight, so we’ll see how that goes. I also got some tums for when I need quicker relief.

Hahaha not reporting as of lately.
Yea, sorry guy’s I’ve just been feeling a bit off lately. The results at this point haven’t really been anything crazy or anything anyways, so I was planning on holding off from updating as frequently since the updates would be kinda boring right now. The libido increases on tren are insane at this point though, and the sweating is fucking miserable too. Have had a few nights of bad sleep from insomnia and night sweats. I’ll probably start trying to get back to regular updates next Monday, or maybe sooner if we see any drastic changes.

Sorry guys, just been busy with work and shiet lately. I dropped the tren a good 4 weeks ago or so; I just wasn’t in the right mindset to be running it and the nightsweats were miserable due to it being hot as hell here. I’ve just been running around 300mg test e and 300mg deca for now and dropped my calories back to around 4k. I’ve definitely leaned out a fair bit, but have still been sitting around 210 and have been able to do so without having to cram 6k cals a day anymore. My stomach/gastrointestinal issues have gotten drastically better lately since dropping my calories, limiting preworkout to about 1 scoop, eating more whole foods, etc. I’ve got a bunch of anavar, test, tren, dbol and cialis on the way that I’ll probably run more towards November/December now that my gastrointestinal issues have calmed down and I’m back to a normal healthy schedule lmao.

Good to hear man. The night sweats are god awful this time of year for that biz
