Probably just sticking to delts; it’s a lot easier for me to reach haha. I was hella nervous the first time but I surprisingly had no pip at all.

Day 3: Weighed in at 221lbs this morning (+6lbs from starting weight) although this will likely tend to fluctuate over the next few days. Trained legs today and was able to work up to a top set of 315x4 on squats with good depth. Knee pain these past two workouts seems to be nearly nonexistent; hopefully it stays this way so I can get back in the groove with heavier squats and deads. Received a few compliments on looking more full and round, but a friend or two also pointed out that my face is already starting to look more round. Will most likely train chest tomorrow and try to see if I can hit any rep prs.
Day 4: Woke up at 220lbs today and trained chest/tris/delts. Workout was pretty good overall and the pump towards the end was great, but I didn’t see any changes in strength, which is to be expected this early in. Not much else really to report on.

Day 4: Woke up at 220lbs today and trained chest/tris/delts. Workout was pretty good overall and the pump towards the end was great, but I didn’t see any changes in strength, which is to be expected this early in. Not much else really to report on.
Day 5: Woke up at 221lbs today and trained back/bis/traps. Workout was pretty good overall; strength seemed to be improved on some of my back movements like seated cable rows. Definitely looking more filled out already and have been noticing that pumps have been getting better lately. Also, the past two or 3 workouts I’ve already began to notice an increase in sweating, which happened pretty early on during my last blast with tren. Aggression in the gym also seems to be increasing.

This is one of the 1st things i notice even from low dose test (low natty test so even trt dose feels like a difference).

Not aggression in a sense of being pissed off all the time like on clomid, but that feeling of being able to summon the barbarism from within on demand hehe.

Day 5: Woke up at 221lbs today and trained back/bis/traps. Workout was pretty good overall; strength seemed to be improved on some of my back movements like seated cable rows. Worked up to a set of 315x5 on squats, which I haven’t hit for that many reps in a good while due to knee pain and lack of a squat rack for a month. Looking a bit leaner today, probably just due to my calories being a bit lower the past day. Probably a rest day tomorrow unless I get bored then hopefully next week we can start to see some smaller prs.

Worked up to a set of 315x5 on flat bench, which was a bit of a let-down to me because I was hoping to see some sort of pr today, but I guess that’s just me being impatient haha. Had a guy in the gym today asking me what I was taking and another guy that said my shoulders were looking bigger. I’m going to try and squeeze as many calories in as I can throughout the rest of the day.

I know that feel with the acid reflux and gerd .

Well that is just a fact of bulking and getting stronger and bigger.

Cant be breaking pr's and expect to look like a model all the time.

I dont plan on competing and i prefer the full look over ripped. Not bloated and sweaty with high bp hahaha but good fullness, abs showing some, some muscle separation visible, much prefer this to being flat and ripped

But i get it, if you compete you have no choice.

Maybe some slight recomposition, but we’re only 10 days in so far so nothing dramatic. And squat shoes were definitely worth it for me, although mine have been giving me ankle pain if I wear them too long. I’m guessing mine just need to be broken in though. For the leg workout I just did squats, leg extensions, leg press, seated calve raises and standing calve raises. Didn’t really track reps or sets though :/

Hmm this may be redundant what i am saying but have you tried to hit the same pr while working out in the pm/evening? Because from this it sounds like you worked out first thing in the morning.

I am weak as phuk in the morning and at my strongest usually between 6 and 9 pm.

I also never feel really aggressive enough to train in the morning, and i am flatter hahah.

I rarely got night sweats last time I ran tren, but I also ran it during the winter which is my guess why.

Do you take anything for your acid reflux I take prevacid and it's really helped on cycle

I started taking pepcid in the beginning of this cycle but it didn’t seem to be helping, it almost seemed to be making things worse. Maybe I’ll pick up some prevacid or another ppi and give it a shot next.

Hopefully we’ll see some strength increases on chest tomorrow as well.

Night sweats and acid reflux..are you eating much carb in the late arvo/evening? Im not sure if limiting intake during this time would be a convenient option for you but it can work. Generally speaking, tren seems to "prefer" low carbs (which I realise is not exactly optimal when trying to bulk).

I’ve been trying to keep my carbs as high as I can. I did the same last tren cycle and felt fine tbh.

Day 15: Weighed 217lbs today because I ended up puking last night (from acid reflux i guess:/). Trained chest and managed to hit a few small prs. First pr was 355x1 on bench; it moved really smoothly, but just felt a bit slower. Hit 315x6 after this, granted they’re mainly just 65% rom. Then hit 225x35, also about 65-75% rom (i go all the way down just not all the way up). Didn’t really have a lot of time for much else after this because I was running late for work. Unfortunately, all the bigger gyms are now shut down again in Arizona, but I’ll be able to work around it. As far as side effects go, Ive definitely been sweating a lot more in the gym and also have been getting out of breath on sets easier. I’ll probably change my dosage protocol for the cardarine so I can start it earlier and hopefully help mitigate the tren breathing issues. Also kinda been debating just going for more of a recomp on this cycle because my appetite and stomach issue are making it too much of a pain in the ass to bulk and I was planning on doing a 198lb uspa meet sometime in the future anyways.

Puking from acid reflux is the worse because of the pain that comes beforehand. Do you suffer acid reflux naturally or is it from the cycle? Or both? I'm assuming you're getting in enough water in.

I just naturally have acid reflux unfortunately. I don’t personally think the cycle is necessarily making it much worse, because even prior to the cycle, it had been acting up for a bit. I also think my diet isn’t helping because I’ve been relying on a lot of high-calorie smoothies to get my caloric needs. I’ll probably pick up some omeprazole and tums tomorrow and see if it helps.

Not sure I’ll revisit it anytime soon since I’ve already tried it twice and still have plenty of other compounds to try out. It worked really good for me though, although I tended to respond weird and get gyno flare-ups while on it. It’s definitely stronger than a lot of people used to act like it was imo.

yeah poi’s not ideal. I was on omep for years but dropped it around 6 months back after seeing the research coming out. ACV works well for me......

How long does acv typically take to notice relief from symptoms? I’ve tried it here and there but I’m not sure I’ve been able to notice much yet.

Night sweats and acid reflux..are you eating much carb in the late arvo/evening? Im not sure if limiting intake during this time would be a convenient option for you but it can work. Generally speaking, tren seems to "prefer" low carbs (which I realise is not exactly optimal when trying to bulk).
Some people seem to respond very well to carbs while on tren. My buddy is a prime example. Friggin meat slabs lol

Tren and carbs supposwdly go hand in hand. Its a damn good nutrient partitioner and will mske you burn off excess carbs instead of storing them as fat,

However that is the exact reason why its tough for you now, the damn summer, hell i am here sweating my ass off on some test and mk!



My suggestion is to get one of these:

Fill it with chilly water and whenever ypu feel hot and start sweating, spray the f out of yourself. It basically replaces your sweat and you will cool off without losing all ypur fluids and minerals.

Water evaporates and takes the energy from your body to do so, hence loweing your body temp.


Of course, you can also take a shower but that is impractical while you are in bed.


Remember how when you are swimming in the ocean or the river when you get out despite the fact that its hot outside, you dont feel it for some time? Its because the water is evaporating off your skin.

How long does acv typically take to notice relief from symptoms? I’ve tried it here and there but I’m not sure I’ve been able to notice much yet.
I use it before a meal and it’s pretty much instant.

I was on a PPI from when I was fat, my acid reflux was due to excessive of food mainly but it gave me a hiatus hernia, doctors said that I should stay on even when I lost weight to avoid worsening that but the more I looked into it the more I realised that I can manage it naturally. I actually only need the ACV when bulking or refeeding.

@AnabolicGuru I dont remember if i mentioned this, buy did you try an inhaler before workout? Albuterol.

In theory it should help with tren induced shortness of breath. Opens you up completely.

I mean thats the first thing that comes to my mind as a remedy.

I’ve tried it in the past on tren but it didn’t seem to help all that much tbh

Thats weird. Tren supposedly causes the bronchial tissue to swell due to the inflammation, similar to asthma. By all acounts an inhaler should help.

Didn’t work for me for whatever reason. I did decide to start my cardarine today though instead of in 2 weeks to help with endurance.

Day 15: Weighed 217lbs today because I ended up puking last night (from acid reflux i guess:/). Trained chest and managed to hit a few small prs. First pr was 355x1 on bench; it moved really smoothly, but just felt a bit slower. Hit 315x6 after this, granted they’re mainly just 65% rom. Then hit 225x35, also about 65-75% rom (i go all the way down just not all the way up). Didn’t really have a lot of time for much else after this because I was running late for work. Unfortunately, all the bigger gyms are now shut down again in Arizona, but I’ll be able to work around it. As far as side effects go, Ive definitely been sweating a lot more in the gym and also have been getting out of breath on sets easier. I’ll probably change my dosage protocol for the cardarine so I can start it earlier and hopefully help mitigate the tren breathing issues. Also kinda been debating just going for more of a recomp on this cycle because my appetite and stomach issue are making it too much of a pain in the ass to bulk and I was planning on doing a 198lb uspa meet sometime in the future anyways.
Day 16: Weighed in at 217lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. Definitely have been noticing more confidence and aggression lately. I updated the dosage protocol for the cardarine from weeks 5-12 20mg to weeks 3-12 at 15mg. I decided to do this because I was starting to notice the endurance taking a hit from the tren earlier than anticipated, so I figured it’d be best to start the cardarine earlier. The sweating in the gym is already really bad; my last tren cycle I recall the sweats being this bad more towards weeks 6-8 or so.

Not sure I’ll revisit it anytime soon since I’ve already tried it twice and still have plenty of other compounds to try out. It worked really good for me though, although I tended to respond weird and get gyno flare-ups while on it. It’s definitely stronger than a lot of people used to act like it was imo.
Interesting that it caused gyno. Suppose to to have AI effects lol

BTW, start with 1-2 tbls of AVC diluted in water

Day 17: Weighed in at 219lbs today and trained legs. Worked up to a top set of 365x1 on squats but then just backed down because squats weren’t feeling good. Workout was just decent; kinda crashed halfway into my workout. Have also been looking a lot fuller/more pumped and even dense.
