AE is logging again...this time a PES production (sponsored)

good shoulder day which started way too early. THe dog decided that 3am was a good time to start the day,a nd evidently it was for me too :)

BTN press (6 sets) sets @ 155lbs 4-5 reps
Seated press (7 sets) 195lbs for 3 reps :woohoo:
BTB BB shrugs (6 sets) 275lbs for 8 reps per

Felt good and strong was thrilled with the 195 for 3 on seated press.

Looked at the bottles and am roughly in the last 8-9 days of the log.

didnt get a chance to update yesterday but it was a good overall workout decent strength, and once again...the vascularity is crazy. Sitting at dinner last night I noticed a huge collection of roads on my forearms

Box squats sets @ 275
Zerchers sets of 315 for 2 per

Deads 440lbs for an easy 1 then moved back down to 405
TBar rows 4 45's on the bar sets of 5
Meadow rows 2 25's and 1 10 on the bar (this provides a crazy pump for me)
underhand chins 3 sets of 8

great pump...felt good would still like to see both the box squats and deads making more headway but not yet


additionally, got in my normal am cardio....preparing for chest/tris today
 
Had a real nice chest/tri workout today

Flat BP Missed 340 :( did 2 sets at 315 for 3 though, so that made up for it
Suspended floor press sets at 275 for 4 per
Incline BP sets at 225 for 9 :woohoo:

Floor CG press sets at 225 but did get 275 for 1
JM Press 5X5 225 without major strain will have to take that up a notch the next time
 
Morning cardio and ab work is in and done. The final week of the log is underway. :bigok:
 
cut my workout short today. started to feel ill half way through, which is something that never happens.

I had already done quite a bit of box squats.....but after several sets at 225, stomach felt like it was churning quite a bit

I am going to be quite cognizant of what I eat today, and will get back after it tomorrow

much better workout this am. Was asleep last night from 7:30-8, and woke up to put my daughter to bed. Then went back to sleep for the night. Felt so much better

Back:
5X5 good mornings 205-225
Wide grip chins 5 sets
5X5 BB Rows 135-205

Bi's
Glass hammer curls
5X5 55lbs

Good pump and felt great. The sleep was the key :)

Log is winding down :( But today was a good day and I had a great deal of energy for some crazy reason

30 minutes on the treadmill

incline BP 5X7 225
Flat BP 315lbs easy 1
incline flys 65lbs

Tris
JM Press 5x5 225lbs
DB Extensions 75lbs (I really need to buy the additions to my db's)

Since the log will be completed on Saturday, I am going to post up a final review tomorrow. I will also be overlaping 1 day of my Purus log with this one
