AE has gon PsyKO (Sponsored)

I havent had the opportunity to update since I have been in the hospital. Since I am home now (thank goodness) I can give the update. I was admitted on Tuesday night (my 35th birthday) with symptoms that I was at the er for on sunday. There was no true reasons. After being transferred to a trauma center, they realized that my spleen had a blod clot/hematoma and was leaking blood into my abdomen.

I was fortunate that it was caught when it was. Had I taken any shot to the abdomen it could have killed me. Additionally, Idid not need it removed as it seems there is a 5-point scale for spleen removal (who knew) I was at level 3, and a 4 or 5 gets it removed.

The problem is I am not allowed to lift anything more than 15lbs for 6-8 weeks, which means no lifting, cant even pick up my daughter. So as of right now, all exercise besides light treadmill walking seems to be off.

I apologize to controlled labs for this, as I was trying to give the best feedback I could on this product and how it relates to my lifting schedule.
 
Im glad you are OK bro. That sucks it was on your birthday though! No sweat with the log, well still be here when you recover! Rest well my friend. =D
 
hey man...thanks for inquiry. I am recovering, kinda slowly actually. However, all tests show that I am getting better. Have next appointment on 5/9 which should offer the best results
