Advice on this stack erase/DPol/creapure

So as simple as title is, I'm beginning this stack tomorrow. I've used erase and t2 stacked before but I honestly didn't see much results, I keep my diet in check 2058 cals, 258 pro, 159 carb, 64.5 fats. I'm hoping that with DPol mixed in I can put on some size and lean up a bit. I just want to get back to where I was.

Before 3 years ago up to last march Invalid Link Removed

I fell off a bit over the summer, enjoy life never really drank just ate and played sports. Ended up with this Invalid Link Removedgot bloated and poach came back. I've always been self concuious about extra skin but it happens.

Good transformation. Did you over eat this summer or what? Any lifting or cardio?
& what did you do before? I just asked cause you stated you wanted to get back where you were...
 
Thank you, and I just stopped lifting as much maybe 3x a week, I ate a normal diet, I maintained weight @ 184-187. But I credit that to flag football 3x a week @ 2 hours a session. My biggest question is I so 3 erase morning mid and evening 1 pill each , is that enough?
 
Yes, you can even just take all at once. It's how I roll
 
3 erase/3 DPol? At once lol! As far a training I followed Joe Donnellys website workouts, 1 body part daily accompanied with cardio and abs
 
3 Dpol 60mins pwo with multi
3 erase upon waking or prebed... Or just 1/1/1 breakfast, lunch, dinner
 
I always recommend the erase/DAA stack so sounds awesome! Good luck bro.
 
My main goal is get back where I was and then some, at that photo where I was cut up decent I was small, I didn't like it, but I liked the definition lol

You will get back to it brother! Keep at it! Diet is key... Train hard and sleep like a baby! You did it before, you can do it better again

Indeed! I think I'll pass on eating with the DPol like mentioned on the bottle just because I do fasted cardio/lift

Slight water retention... But it's not like it's fat...

Creapure works well... Lil more bloat but erase should help
 
Very true, with my clean diet I don't think it'll be much issue.

You can add the EC stack and also Reduce-XT with that stack. It can only make it that much better for leaning out and regaining that physique you attained brother.
 
I did the ec stack, I really didn't like it. It didn't do much for results. I had better results with oep. Plus ec made me emotionless and insomnia.
