Advice on next stack

This will be 3rd PH over last 2 years so just just checking in what you think and advise where possible.

Im 26 and I have been gyming about 10 years, currently weigh 17 stone and lifting quite heavy!

I eat well and try to get to the following most days. Currently on 3 day carb rotation where drop 100 card a day then go back to the following:

Week 1 to 4 - Competitive Edge Labs H-Drol

Week 4 to 8 - Competitive Edge Labs 11-Sterone or Competitive Edge Labs Stano Drol (Not sure which one yet)


Week 8 to 12 - PCT Competitive Edge Labs PCT Assist

Week 8 to 12 - Competitive Edge Labs Formestane


Week 1 to 12 – Milk Thistle Reflex Milk Thistle
Week 1 to 12 – Competitive Edge Cycle Assist

Week 1 to 12 – Reflex creatine

Week 1 to 12 – Protein

Week 1 to 12 – Multi Vits

Any advise is welcome.

This has a good setup except a couple things.

1) try adding a SERM to your pct or add in some DAA and suppress-c as well and that should cover you
2) extend the h-drol to six weeks and cut the stanodrol to 6. something like:
50/50/50/75/75/75
300/300/450/450/450/600
 
400g of protein = 1600 cals

450g of carbs= 1800 cals

1600+1800= 3400 cals

4200-3400=800 cals from fat

89g of fat e/d.

in regards other reply about eating I have the following:

105kg
4752 cals
523 g Protein
463 g Carbs
90g Fats

This guideline was provided to my bros rugby team during offseason training. If you have any other advice on the eating side I am open to suggestions.

Ok so add in Supress C and DAA. Cool. However what would you go for Stano or 11-Sterone?

1. Do I add Supress C to my PCT?
2. Do I use Supress C and Formastane together?
3. What would you go for Stano or 11-Sterone?
