An 81mg Bayer baby asa is all you need. I always dosed it with my first E and C in the am. You can dose it 2 x daily as you progress.

Unless it's the Alpha variant (which is much more potent in Alpha-2 receptor affinity), I'd just stick with the ECA stack personally.

Fantastic thread. The ECA stack interested me at one point but im not convinced its worth the risk taking the A personally. So...clen with the lipo-u is out of the question at the moment as im saving up some cash, oddly enough I had just ordered some Y-hcl at the time i read this thread last night...

Any recommendations for how to dose the E with the Y? My Y-hcl is the PrimaForce 2.5mg per tab. Oh and also i'd like to think i respond well to stims seeing as I dont drink any tea, coffee, or rarely touch stims, only just started with some RPM yesterday pre-workout but thats about it.

Thinking also to take some y-hcl after I finish off my HIT i've been doing lately, hope that will help stimulate some more fatloss.

Im going to do another week of ECY 3x ED...then taper down E&C and add in 1 baby Aspirin for a few weeks...what do u think of that?

I do not know if taking Y PRE HIIT would help with fatloss...Ive only taken it PRE
how do you know if you respond well to stims when you dont take any? j/w... :dunno:

I wouldn't take it pre-HIIT because the high HR/V02 will cause glucose levels to increase from the high RER. It's a paradox of high intensity training.

I've taken 1-2 other stims apart from Caffeine in the past, never had a problem. Cant remember the name off the top of my head atm..But i can seem to take Caffeine prior to bedtime and still sleep like a rock. Even if its few hours before bedtime, I dont tend to get a racing heart if i've been taking stims and doing some intense stuff like Sprinting even.

Just finishing my 4week cycle of a fibrate i managed to grab from holiday which is going well, responding well to that too, bulked up 3-4pounds as well as losing bodyfat steadily in past 3weeks. Good for me as i was shocked when I had lost 21pounds of bodyweight while on holiday for just 30days. So yeh...

Yeh man, i was real ticked off cuz i've been bulking for just over a year now, now im more into lean bulk/recomping my body, but yeh, was a big blow to me lol. Mind you, i dont appear to have lost that much in size although everyone was saying you look thinner. Oh well :)
 
subbing to this thread. Lots of good info on here. Will definitely throw in some Y when my fat loss begins to plateau.

I take 81mg x 3 if not stacking with Y. With Y stacked I only take 81mg x1 ...Maybe Trauma can provide more insight, I just dont want an upset stomach so try to take it easier on the A when stacking it all up.
 
I just tried a ECYS stack;

Ephedrine 25mg
Caffeine 200mg
Yohimbine 5mg
Synephrine (from bitter orange) 100mg

It seemed to work well with no side effects, taken an hour before training.
 
Now I'm thinking about a ECYAS stack, with green tea, taken first thing in the morning.
It may sound extreme, but I do tolerate the ECA/ ECY stack very well.

Be very careful with this as you'll be getting extra caffeine from the green tea. I read somewhere else that aspirin and green tea can thin out your blood.

Sounds cool, have you considered adding raspberry ketones? They would work synergistically with the other ingredients in your stack.

Which Rasberry Ketones do you use? I am ordering up this week and making my list, checking it twice!! I heard on another thread that Alpha-Burn will be available this week too- that has Alpha Yohimbine in it....
 
So should I conclude that an ECY is much more effective than an EC stack? If so I take oral ephedrine hcl and oral caffeine, what type of Y should I get?

Ideally, Alpha-Y. RPN is about to release an Alpha-Y product (which has been in demand for years).

for June and some of July, Im thinking..
ECA:1/2/3
ECY:3/3/2/1

diet is going to be
280g protein
50-150g carbs
30-60g fat
alot of cardio...
trying to get down to 200-205 range, then run Hdrol/Furaguno
 
Suggestion: when using Y drop down your crab intake as low as you can. Y performs most effectively in an insulin free environment.
 
Im still confused on my dosage of Y...each pill is 2.5mg, I weigh 220lbs, so how many should I take in one day? 8
 
If you can't wait, VPX Meltdown has some alpha-y in it. I know it perplexes Dsade that they included regular yohimbine too. Nxlabs has a Y3 product wiyh 11- hydroxy yohimbine. It can be found for like 10$ right now, super cheap. Is the 11-hydroxy good?

I know man, but I cannot figure it out, either can my guy buddy. If an individual is supposed to have his body weight in milligrams(mg), mine is....
220lbs, so thats 2200mg, correct?
one pill is 2.5mg(2500)
then wut the hell?
 
so instead of an ECY stack can i do an albuterol/yohimbine stack instead? i don't like the appetite suppression from ephedrine.
 
hmm, how about this stack
E = 25mg
C = 200mg
Green Tea = 500mg
Cayenne = 40,000 STU

three times daily.
I'm thinking of adding 2.5mg of yohimbine hcl, is that fine, higher lower etc?
