Nice leg session. I was always a fan of doing leg press after squats but I see how front squats would be useful as well.
 
End of my day today. That's two days using my fitnesspal now. 5000+ yesterday and today just short of 5,000. (Ignore the goal column, I haven't figured out how to modify that)

My bedtime shake.
4 ice cubes
1 1/2-1 3/4 cup whole milk
2 scoops casein
1 1/2 scoop mhp up your mass
2 tablespoon natural pb
1 tablespoon cocoanut oil
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup egg whites

Something like 1200 cal.. Maybe 1100
 
Worked 24 hrs over Saturday and Sunday. But still got a leg session in last night! Update comin tonight. Sorry between work and staying focused on this cycle as far as diet and training it has taken all my time. Tomorrow I have off so tonight I have no excuse to update! Thanks! Don't forget today marks end of week 4. Pics will be taken and posted in the next day.
 
Day 28-

The last few days I have been at work long shifts. Sorry for not updating. So the last week I have eaten 5,000 cal a day. Still at 215lbs. Actually.. After having my endoscopy last week I dropped to 210lbs in just a day. So considering I have been a consistent 215 for 2-3 days I don't mind so much. Like I said tho 4 weeks in and I haven't gained any weight. My body has reshaped. I can tell ya the deca has made me look larger in the neck and even face looks fuller, lol. Despite my fuller look I have noticed that my vascularity has progressed... Now I'm curious if the EQ is affecting the deca results in any way. Maybe the EQ I'm not gaining substantial weight. It is used in cutting cycles, not saying its a "cutting steroid".
I know despite all this, I'm only 4 weeks in. This next week should be the s***!! I know the injectables should be working by now, but they basically just started.
So going along with this I am thinking of using hcg before my next pin. It will be 250 iu 2x week. I want to know what u guys think. I used hcg my last cycle and have had left over (mixed in bac water) and it was mixed approx. 3-4 months ago. Still good? It's been at 30 degree F the whole time. Or should I just mix more? I'd like to use the old if possible. Since I have only 1 5000 hcg left. I'd have to get more if I cruise into my tren cycle that's in hand. And I will be asking your guys advice as far as transitioning deca and cruising to another 19 nor steroid.

Any thing you guys recommend to treat this. In the abdominal area I get many ingrown hairs from shaving. So not all is acne.

Since I posted 2 leg workouts I will actually be doing back and hams tomorrow. So tomorrow ill post a pic of my workout journal. Lots of deads.

Yesterday I did legs and a lot of heavy calves. This morning I woke up with one of them hurting when I step on hard surface. It's the bottom of my heel that hurts not up by the Achilles tendant. Anyone ever had this? I hope it goes away in the next few days. I don't see how I could injur the bottom of my foot back in the heel from a leg workout but maybe I'm wrong.

I'm about to start a split similar to yours(I think)
One day squats/sumo deads/leg sled (leg day)
Then do hami on my back day
Then do quads on chest day
What's your thought on this?

Quads on chest day sounds interesting... I may have to try that one day. I'd have to do it to see what I think. It makes sense, its just a hell of a lot of pressing that day!
The reasoning I am doin a back/hams split... I like to work my back so much and with many different variations.
Sometimes back and rear delts (on these days I stay away from dead and lower back in general)
I may also work traps on a day like the above.
My last leg session was maybe 1 hr and it usually takes me 2. Since work had me so busy I decided to do this split. I actually took this idea from a buddy at the gym. Anyway, so I only had Time to do the quads and the Calves I stayed away from hamstrings. It was a lot of squatting a lot of hack squatting a lot of Bulgarian lunges. Then calves. So essentially I'm catching up on my leg day. And today I will definitely incorporate straight leg deadlifts.
I am a tall guy with long limbs, I have never really got into sumo deads. But been wanting to try them. Possibly today ill do a couple sets light to learn the form.
I know I said I was going to post pictures today but the acne on my body is just so bad quite honestly I'm embarrassed to put up pictures. It comes and goes in waves. So I know in the next few days it will clear up because I have had it bad this last week. I know this from experience with previous cycles so don't harp on me if I don't post progress pics for just a couple more days but I promise they will be up before this Easter weekend.
Now today's my day off time to eat and myfitnesspal it!!! I will log my back and ham workout tonight for u all!

Dude what is this stuff? I looked for it! I thought it was Jew food. Mind my ignorance.

Bread, pasta, and cereal all from Ezekiel. At any store that garbage is made first ingredient flour!!! No good man! So Ezekiel products aren't made with flour. The first ingredient is organic sprouted whole grain! Non-processed food basically. It taste different but I'm used to it now. U should really really buy Ezekiel bread at least. Much better for u.

Upper body is soild, legs need work. But over all awesome keep killing it legs take time
 
Thank you all for the critique! Yes it is leg day today once again. I seem to have gotten into the pattern of working my legs once every 3 days so two days rest. I am working my hardest to get them up to par. Lots of squats, hack squats, lunges of all different variations and YES I do "lock leg deads" every other leg workout. At this point the next 4 weeks are where I will see the most substantial growth on this cycle. I wasn't able to use dbol for the full 4 weeks recommended dude to supply issue. Yet injectables just be in play now as of this last week. Ill prob wait 4-5 weeks before you guys get to see some skin again. Then again, I'd like your critique. Today and tomorrow are family parties so I may fall of the track diet wise. But trust me I ain't going to be staring at a fat piece of cake or brownie. I won't let myself go overboard.
Late tonight ill train and record my leg workout.

I squatted one more rep than last time at 275lbs.
Overall getting stronger. Bulgarian lunges have become more steady. Next week I will up the weight for sure on Bulgarian. I really need my legs to grow!!!
 
Legs are tricky, more weight fewer exersizes. I normally do squats/press/ lockleg deads/ quad extensions. I Chang stuff out but normally only do 4 different exercises. I paid for a leg coach last year and he retrained my thinking on legs. I do calves 5-6 days a week standing and seated. Just food for thought. It really helped me break my 210lbs plateau.

And this whole time I thought you broke 210lbs was because of the 1.2g's of test!! Ha jk jk

Day 34-Test/Deca/EQ

Weight at 8am: 214 lbs

Happy Easter! Chest workout! Had to make it quick because family. I had a great workout. No spotter or buddy so I couldn't get forced reps, would have liked a few.
I noticed despite my unusually high carbs and fats (for example some days I may have 30%p-50%carb-20 maybe 25%fats) I have noticed I don't look to bloaty. As the pictures I posted a few days ago show I am looking more and more cut up as this cycle goes on. The deca should bloat me a little but the EQ may be bringing out my vascularity and preventing the bloat from deca.
10 pins in I am ready to use hcg before my next pin. 250iu 2x week. I will be using my older mixture for at least a month. Then mix new hcg. I have had hcg in my fridge mixed for about 5 months ago during my last cycle.
Libido is there, sex life is great.
This 5,000 calorie goal I have is difficult to meet every day. Averaged out I'm more around 4,600 calories. My appetite I noticed of just days ago is crazy tho. I heard EQ increases appetite and I think it has.
The bad acne break out I had last week subsided. Looking and feeling much better about that.
Let me tell you about my pumps in the gym. The other day I was doing arms and I was single arm cable curling. The opposite arm felt like it was literally going to explode during a set! How weird. Not even the arm I was using! It actually scared me as I never had a pump so strong. Now I added a few supplements to my armory. I use noxipro for pre workout forever (with 1,3). But, I recently added hemavol which has agmatine, Citrulline maltate, or maybe sulfate idk, I'm at a family party right now haha. Either way I take a scoop of both pre workout. I've been doing this for about a week. Also ordered agmatine and Citrulline recently and am waiting for them to arrive. Anyone any experience with this stuff. Cause man idk of its the gear or pre workout but man the pump is scary good!
Thanks for sticking with me guys! Everything is going as planned. Despite my weight barrier I am getting leaner stinger and I look much bigger than 3 weeks ago.

Depends if I'm doing compounded Olympics or just normal stuff. For the normal stuff 6-10 4 sets. Should be able to destroy everything. I only do legs once a week. They are large muscles and need time to heal and grow.

Olympic stuff, I've started doing multi lifts in one so I only do 2-3 reps with 4 sets. I have a link in my log that explains it

I see. Yet, for a guy like me, my legs could never catch up if I trained them once a week. At least 2 times a week I do legs. But I agree they are large muscles and need time to heal. Obviously the recovery rate should be quick on gear. And I'll be sure to check out your link.
 
For sure everyone is different. Once I slowed down to legs once a week they started grow drastically, but this didn't work for a friend. Find what works for u. Them kill them bitchs
 
Took a break yesterday, spent some time with the family... Now to kill back today! Ill update and let u know how it goes... And oh yeah I haven't been able to break 215lbs. Yet yesterday Right BEFORE bed I stepped on the scale at 219lbs. I def ate a loooot of food yesterday and maybe because I didn't work out I jumped up a bit.
 
210lbs was mine. Too months then I broke it and have been climbing ever sense. Congeats
 
Day 37- Test E/Deca/EQ

Morning weight: 215lbs (again!)

Note: despite no substantial weight gain in 37 days, without a doubt my main lifts have taken a significant jump. I feel and look pretty damn lean. Deffinately look more "round" than pre-cycle.

I only have a little concern with why I haven't put on pounds. Never have I ever cycled and this far in not gained bodyweight! Now as the pictures I posted a week or so ago show, my physical appearance is changing and really, that's all that matters to some people. I don't look bloaty. Sure I could go into a pre-contest diet, low carb, whatever you wanna call it and look even tighter (although I'm as tight looking as I have ever been) but I want to gain a lot more mass and weight. Now, it has become apparent to others that I have put on some more size recently because I have had friends from home and friends from the gym make remarks. And these are the sort of people that have seen me a very long time and watched my progression. But for the comments to roll in as they have the last 2-3 weeks I know I'm looking even better. Sometimes I come home from the gym and feel sooooo pumped I wanna snap pics and show you guys. Yet, I won't. I want to show this log a substantial amount of progression and if I post pics every week it will not be as apparent. So as I have done I will post pics about every 4 weeks.

I used to be more vascular on the stronger right side of my body but this cycle I've noticed my left sides catching up quickly. Don't forget I started using hemavol a few weeks ago. Now between that and the EQ I'm not surprised at my vascularity but obviously for me, it's never enough.

Libido was really good the first few weeks. Not that it's bad now but there are some harder times than others. No ED I would say but sometimes it's GREAT, sometimes it's not bad. Not exactly sure why. Previously deca has never given me "deca dick."

I would have posted my last 2 workouts but I was with a buddy. It actually benefited me for once I was able to get forced reps and stuff like that. Anyway I did chest yesterday. With a little assistance from my partner I incline benched 315 for I think 5-6 reps. Also broke a PR of mine. Flat bench 405x3. Now I am sure he assisted on the last rep and even a little on the second but still handled the weight with minimal struggle (on both parts).

As far as hcg I am now using it at 250iu 2x week. The night before my pin. I am using my older bottle but will most likely discard this mixture in a couple weeks and mix new hcg. My old bottle is about 5 months old in the fridge.

I have been using exemestane at 12.5 mg EOD. Maybe this is part of the reason I feel I don't look bloated. Also I question if its contributing on hindering my bodyweight gain. But I don't see that happening because I have used it in the past and never had this problem.

Overall now cycle is going well. Happy with strength gains and I feel I'm making heads turn haha. Maybe that's my ego. But no kidding I look great and can't wait to show you guys what I look like in 3 more weeks. Thanks for all the support! Hope all your cycles are going well and if ur in PCT stay on top of your game and don't loose that motivation!

Yes it's from my last cycle. About the same age as yours I just thought maybe ill up it just a little since its prolly not as potent as when I mixed it.
